What Is A 273 Pill Used For

I found a large-ish round, white pill in my son's room and need help identifying it ASAP. The usual pill look-upsites havn't been helpful, nor has my local pharmacy. It has an AZ imprinted on it with the number 273 below it, and the other side is blank. It is not scored, is somewhat convex, and doesn't appear to have any sort of coating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## I came to this site to find out what this medicine was called too. A nurse at work gave me some for my cold. I know it is a severe cold relief medicine- cough cold-sinus pain reliever. I do not know the name of it though. ## This is a cough and cold pill. We have these in our medicing cabinet at work. It has acetamnophen, dextromethorphan, guaifenesin, and phenylephrine in them.

white round az 273 under it nothing on back ## Is the A a V? I locate a pill with VX 273 it's Oratuss 12 (active ingredients are Carbetapentane 60 mg, Guaifenesin 600 mg, and Phenylephrine 15 mg). Blue oblong pill with 273 on one side and roy on another. its a white pille that is about mediem thick as well as round it has the numbers A273 on it i took it from a kid trying to sell it and i wanted to know what it is and what i need to do about him selling this drug ## A 273 is Trammadol (spelling?). which a pain medication that they used to say wasn't addictive, but have changed their minds on.

When broken in half there are blue specks inside as well as on the outside. I thought the MP273's were supposed to be white inside? ## I've no idea what they are supposed to look like on the inside, but I would assume that the blue specks are always there, since it is an ingredient. It would not make much sense for them to just paint them on the outside of the tablets. This contains 37.5mgs of Phentermine, used to aid in weight loss. White, oblong, imprinted MP 273, looks like blue specks dots all over, all white when cut in half. I ordered 37.5 mg Phentermine, not sure that is what I got. ## Where did you order the pills from? The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct. With the markings you describe, unfortunately there might be a chance that those pills are something else. I've even heard of people saying that they got Generic Soma in the mail with the same imprints. I could definitely be wrong though. Found it in my medicine cabinet in an unidentified Rx bottle. Probably a pain med for use post surgery that I was sure I'd remember it's use but don't. ## I can't find a tablet with the CYP 273 marking, however, I have found several that are close and could be seen as CYP 273 if the imprint isn't very clear, or if you're having trouble seeing it. Are blue 10mg diazepam marked above the score line with an A and below 278 smiley like logo on back real? ## Sound like diazepam produced by Crescent pharma. I just got some yellow 5mg ones with a crescent armed on one side a A 273 embossed on the other side, separated by a score. I wonder, are yours blue and the 10mg version. These diazepam are totally legit and have the stated dose contained within each I'm almost positive.
