Different manufacturers use different "inactive" ingredients, which may cause reactions similar to the one you've experienced with the generic Fiorocet from Vantage. Have you tried the generic Fioricet from Mikart Inc.? They manufacturer an oblong white pill with the imprint MIA 110. It is scored down the middle and blank on the other side. Are these two the same? One says butalbital/acetaminophen/caff tabs the other says but/apap/caf codeine the first one in a pill white round v on one side 3220 on other side the next one is a cap. Blue and white with 3220 on the white part ## Hi Bri, From what I could gather, the blue and white capsule marked with WATSON on the blue half and 3220 on the white half, reportedly contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen + 50mg of Butalbital + 40mg of Caffeine + 30mg of Codeine. The other pill you mentioned with a marking of V 3220 doesn't seem to exist when I go to look it up. However I did come across a very similar white round pill imprinted with a V on one side and 2355 on the other.
