I found a white pill oval. It's kind of large. It's white with pink flecks in it. Not solid white and it has a check mark like a cursive V like swooped up at one end; on the other side 3604 or 3804. ## This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
