I need to know what the difference is with the two sides on the inside of a Concerta 36? Is it 2 separate drugs that make it what it is because I was told one side was the actual methylphenidate and the other side was a blood pressure drug? Someone know is addicted to abusing pills or anything else it seems and I told him to not to misuse this pill, because I was also told it could kill a person if it's taken the wrong way.
