New script does not look like my previous script 1st script was 50mg dark peach color with# an617 my new script is small white tab with the letter m on one side and t7 on the other what is the differance ## Hello, Carla! How are you? The tablet with the M T7 marking is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it has just been manufactured by a different company. This is very common with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have some pills call TraMADol HCI 50mg tab Milan they are light blue with C75 on them

Hello all, I am looking for advice on tapering from tramadol. I have been prescribed tramadol for about 5 years now for chronic bursitis in my shoulder after 2 reconstructive surgeries. I take on average 6 50mg pills a day. I know it's an issue because I no longer take it solely for pain and find myself now taking it just to feel normal and keep away WDs that develop anytime I miss a dose. I've tried to stop before and the WDs are horrible. Mainly depression, insomnia and lack of energy are what gets me the most. I've developed a taper schedule that I'm beginning today. I am going to drop my daily dose by 50 mgs every 4 days until I reach 0, which will take just over 2 weeks. Is this taper schedule too rapid? I've tried other methods to quit (cold turkey was a nightm...

I have fibromyalgia. Has anyone ever taken tramadol when they were on gabapentin, zoloft, and lorazepam? ## Hi, Yellowrose. The only thing with the meds you listed is taking the tramadol with Zoloft as they both work on the serotonin receptors and they may cause a serotonin reaction....or toxicity. I can't remember the exact name for it.....my brain froze on that one.....look it up though. The side effects of this include confusion, anxiety and some other aspects of this combo in which you should visit your ER if any of the side effects appear....especially the confusion. They will need to stop your medications and give you other meds to combat the reaction. You would probably need to spend the night in the hospital for them to do this so you are safe. I took tramadol 50mg, 6/day an...

I was PAINFULLY curious as to the effectiveness tramadol has for moderate/severe toothaches. Usually 800-1000 mg(4 or 5)of ibuprofen alleviate my toothaches, but my friend gave me 6 50mg. tramadols suggesting they might help. Please, anyone with info or reply will be greatly appreciated. thanks!!! ## For anyone looking for this information, Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic, so it really has as good of a chance of helping with a toothache as any other pain reliever. The caveat, of course, is that this is a prescription medication, so it shouldn't be taken if your doctor hasn't prescribed it. Additionally, it is derived from an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation...

I'm taking 500 mg naproxen and 2each apap/codiene #3 300/30 for sciatic nerve pain. I'm Still in Pain! What can I take in addition to this combination without putting myself in further health risks? (I have Tramadol, Alieve and arthritis strength Tylenol on hand) ## Hello, Frances! How are you? Are you sure that it's sciatic? It's kind of funny, but given all of my knowledge of medications, side effects, and etc. I didn't know until recently, when my husband mentioned it, that sometimes the sacral area is thought to be related to the same area, and he was right. Totally changed how I handle the pain. As to the medications, given how much you've already taken, you need to consult your doctor, because it looks like you might need a stronger medication to alleviate ...

Hi; I am taking highblood pressure medicine, Lisnopril-htcz 20/25mg tab and amlodipine Besylate 5mg table. I am taking a blood-thinner called Clopidogrel bisulfate (Plavix oral) 75mg, I also have a vitamin d deficiency so I am taking vit d 50,000 iu d2 (ergo) caps (RX). Can these medicine be taken with Tramadol, and Hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5-500 mg tablet. I am also a predibetic. ## Hi Victoria, It looks like you posted your question twice within the same paragraph. However from what I could gather, there are a couple serious drug interactions that you should be aware of. The first being between the Hydrocodone and Tramadol combination. Using these two drugs together may increase your risk of seizures, breathing problems, as well as other dangerous side effects. The other interaction ...

But you could just as easily buy these two things separately over-the-counter at your local pharmacy. Is the arm numbness due to a pinched nerve or something? ## I dunno if there in your country you have dolo-neurobion.its a combination of paracetamol +b1+b6+b12 ## I was diagnosed of osteoarthritis and my doctor prescribe me with pregabalin lyrica with tramadol but it didn't work for me and the pain was still severe. I have a teva pill, supposedly 50 mg tramadol - for my back. It has "teva" on one side and on the back of pill "I" and two dots and a line through it. Can you tell me what this is exactly? ## Hello Ashley, So I went to the Teva manufacturer's website to look up what a 50mg tramadol looks like, unfortunately it doesn't match what you described at all. A 50mg tramadol tablet from Teva is a white football shaped pill with the imprint TV;58. On the other hand I was able to find a Carbamazepine 200 MG Oral Tablet that sort of matches what your talking about. I'll like a picture and some information below about this drug and see if it's what you have. (NDC: 0093-0109) Active Ingredients: Carbamazepine Inactive Ingredients: - silicon dioxide - croscarmellose so...

looking to find out what kind of pill this is small round white pill with an625 on it can you please help ## Hi michelle, Is there any chance that the imprint on your pill says "AN 627" as opposed to "AN 625"? The closest match I could locate on a white round pill is AN 627; which has been identified as Tramadol hydrochloride (50 mg). Tramadol is used for treating moderate to moderately severe pain. The drug has a wide range of applications, including treatment for restless leg syndrome, acid reflux, fibermyosis, and more. Learn More: Tramadol Details I hope this helps!

I have spinal stenosis, arthritis and 2 herniated discs for which I have had surgery. My current pain med doc won't go any higher then 50mgs of tramadol 3 times a day and that is it. Nothing else prescribed. He says nothing else will help and just go have surgery. I am not looking to take 10 mg of MS or anything. I just need something to help when the pain gets too bad several times a week. The tramadol does not work anymore. Does anyone know of a place in Hampton Roads VA that will help? ## I do not know of a place there. However, if you are willing to drive to Richmond which is seventy miles away, I know a doctor who will treat you with proper medication (better than tramadol and less than MS). ## @Bamagirl -- I have your health ailments and A LOT more. I was having issue finding my Dilaudid Rx. I ran out and the pain was unbearable. (I used my Rx for Tramadol 50mg x 4-6 daily to alleviate any withdrawals. It doesn't do much for the pain.) My doc switched me to a new time released med Nucynta ER or Tapentadol. It works great. It comes in 50mg - 250mg. Equivalent for my Dilaudid 4mg x 4 was Nucynta ER 150 mg, 1 q 12 hr. but we had to work up to that dosage through titration. It says not to cut the pill and I have not tried. If you have true pain and a legal doc, try this. It is readily available at CVS, usually the 24 hour stores. I don't wake up in knots and crying in pain. I am very relieved not to have to drive to 15 different drug stores and be looked upon as a junkie/criminal to get my meds. This works for now and I'm n...

Is tramodol gluten free. I suffer from bulging disc and recently diagnosed with celiac I just don't know what I can take when need relief ## To my knowledge, most medications don't contain gluten; but to know for sure you would most-likely have to contact the manufacturer of this specific pill or do some self-research for a list of the inactive ingredients in each tablet. If the manufacturer isn't listed on your Tramadol prescription, then I can just as easily look up the imprints and markings on your pill to try and determine what these inactive ingredients may be or who the manufacturer is. So if you could post back with any additional details, that would be great. I hope this helps! ## It's tramodol hcl 50 mg tab mylan on the tablet it says M on one side and T7 on the...

My husband got my tramadol prescription via internet-a Canadian company. When shipment came, the pills did not look anything like what I have received before. These came as green capsules-50 mg called Tramapik. They apparently were mfg. in Jocund, India. So far, for years, I have only seen them in white oval and round tablets. My sister gave me a half of one of these - an oblong white pill with an imprint of IP 118 for the pain I was having before seeing a really good doctor. I went to see my Doctor today and she said my drug test came back and it had Oxycodone in it, and also Delotta? I have never taken a delotta in my life!! I did take a little xanax that looked like a footbal with the half of Vicodin, and 2 0.5 mg. Clonazapem with 3 50 mg. Tramadol. Would all of these together create a print out from a lab saying that I had Oxycodone and Delotta in my system, because I didn't take any!!! Does Anybody Know?? ## Vicodin contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone and Dilaudid contains Hydromorphone. And no, none of these will register as Oxycodone, when a precise test is done to check for the specific medicat...
