My husband has had a Brain hemrage a broken neck and slipped disc. His Dr in Charleston Ohio was viving him oxy 15 and perck 10mg. His Dr got busted for stupided stuff and he was a patient there for 4 yrs. Now we can not find a Dr to help him and he has a headache every day. I'm scared he will have another Brain hemrage.

I went to 13 pharmacies in La to fill my prescription and every pharmacy told me they were back ordered and a couple told me they dont carry it because they have been robbed. Ive never had trouble filling it where I live in the Bay Area but I'm down here for the month. I am looking for a dr. in Nassau county that will prescribe 30 mg. oxy. I broke my back and had a fusion, and I still have to have one more fusion... yet my dr. will only prescribe 15 mg. I actually fractured one of the vertebra. I'm on T3's and naproxen for my chronic back pain and just found out the implications of the use of alcohol with this medication. I am not an alcoholic, but I do enjoy my beer. I am on 30mg Roxycotin (oxycodone) 180 tablets per month. I have insurance, however, cannot find a pharmacy that has supplies of prescription (I hear many people are having this issue recently). My doctor might prescribe an alternative. I am very afraid of the alternative due to not understanding how medications translate. I fear it not being adequate for me to function and go to work. My usual pharmacy was out of the orange pills, forcing me to resort to the pink ones, a decision I regret and will never repeat. They're less expensive, which might explain why they opt for them. I've been on a routine of 30 mg twice a day for years and have never required an increase. Though there is another pharmacy within a 25-mile radius, I never felt the need to go there until now, realizing the pink generics are ineffective for my condition! Can anyone help me with the math please? ## Sure - according to the Opioid equivalency table on Wikipedia, Oxymorphone is 3 x stronger than oral Morphine. So, in basic math terms, each dose of 30 mg Oxymorphone is equivalent to roughly 90 mg or Morphine (oral). So the # of tablets would be approximately the same, since it looks like your Morphine dose is high enough to equal the Oxymorphone dose if that makes sense. It is peach in color, round on shape, and even though it's only half the pill you can tell it was scored twice. On the opposite side there is a capital "A" and what looks like a "3" but anything else would have been on the other half. Does anyone know if this is an adderall? If so what mg? What does a roxy 10mg look like? ## @Cody, Based on my research, they don't make Roxicodone in 10mg form. It only appears to come in 5mg, 15mg, & 30mg tablets. If you're not worried about the brand and don't mind generic options, Oxycodone itself does come in 10mg form.
