My family bought me a 50$ 10 panel test and I took half a sub, the day before, the only thing that came up positive was oxycodone! But the thing is I haven't taken any Oxys or any other pain med in a week prior.. Why did it come up positive? Also they want to retest in 2-3 days. What are my chances it will be negative? I'm aware that on a urine test it detects the metabolites produced by your body while taking suboxone, but does anyone know what the drug test reads exactly when dirty for subs? They send it to a lab ## The information I have from someone who is prescribed them and from his doctor, is that it does not show up as an opiate on any test, period. Also, it has to be tested for specifically, so unless they by chance add suboxone to their panel test then it will not show up. The most reliable information I have is that it is a completely separate drug test than 5 or 10 panel, and it costs a lot of money. I have been taking Suboxone and Xanax for over 2 yrs and have never been drug tested. My doctor was not in so one of his colleagues decided to run a drug test on me. I tested negative for everything on the panel including my own medicine. Because of this I am being dropped by my doctor as they think I am selling my medicine. It will show up in drug tests. But only certain types of test specifically testing suboxon. But if you ingested it ,it will show up. And it doesn't matter how it got there ,thru kissing ,taking a half etc.. Its in your system and it will show in a drug test.

I am currently taking Suboxone 8mg 2 times a day. I am currently taking suboxone but if i take a half of subutex will it show up when i go to my next doctor's appointment? ## The active narcotic in both Suboxone and Subutex is Buprenorphine, the only difference is that Suboxone also contains Naloxone, to prevent the use of other opiate while you're being treated with it. Thus, they will both be detected as the same thing. The only problem you may run into is if they check your levels of it, because then your levels may be off, if you've taken extra medication. I am currently going to a pain clinic. I ran out of oxycodone and I have some suboxone from a previous doctor (I went to suboxone doctor about 9 months ago). I don't want to suffer withdrawals, so I took a suboxone. HOW LONG WILL THE SUBOXONE SHOW UP FOR IN A URINE SPECIMEN??? will xanax show up on a suboxone drug test..please tell me if i took six xanax fifteen days prior to my suboxone screen will it show a positive? ## No if it was 15 days ago it won't be in your system anymore. It has a half life of up to 40 hours and that's for older people and heavier people and it usually takes a few half life's to get completely out of your system (3or 4 days tops) so you should be fine but yes generally I'm pretty sure they do test for it. I know mine does to make sure I am taking my subs and not taking anything else. Benzodiazepines is one of the drugs they do check for. Since it was 2 weeks ago you are fine.

someone please help! cant find any info on this at all! at my last visit at sub dr my drug scren came back a faint positive for methadone and even worse they said that the naloxone did not show up at all just the buprenorphine and the bupren was too at a higher level than it should be and were redy to discharge me cuz they were convinced i have been selling my meds or something! they did not want to hear anything i had to say and talked to me like i was a lieing piece of crap!
