What over the counter med looks like the white oblong/oval Perococet 10mg? I think someone took my meds and replaced them with something else. I got a new prescription for PTU and the pill is small, round and white with 480 Westword on one side. Is this the correct medication? ## i don't know what ptu is i just started taking them to and have done a little research there for people with hyperthyroidism, it decreases the amount iodine the thyroid takes.

It is a medication used for the treatment of migraine headaches. ## I just wanted to add that Post #1 is correct about this pill being Sumatriptan (50 mg). Does a thorazine pill or a generic of it have a V on one side and a 09 19 on the other side? ## The tablet in question is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Trazodone, which is an antidepressant that is also used to treat insomnia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight gain. So no, this is not Thorazine. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My thorazine is Rosemont brand, but ever since I moved back from HI to NJ the ink smears easily and the coating is incorrect at times and dissolves when exposed to air. Its the same brand, also from Walmart pharmacy, does it come from a cheap NJ company, is that why the pills do that? Why the different quality in NJ than HI?
