What does a Xanax 2 XR look like? Round, blue with just a 2 imprint? ## The look of the pill and the imprint will actually vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, since the drug is available not in a generic form. This, it is impossible to say which pill you have unless you provide the imprint, then I can look it up for you. You can actually find blue pills in all different doses of Xanax, as well as a ton with that description that are not Xanax. oval shaped pill, scored in the middle, light blue in color with a large outlined A printed on the other side. Looks like the same size as a 1mg xanax, but I have never seen this marking. ## Was this found or obtained in the U.S. or from a U.S source? I cannot find any listings in the U.S. databases for this. There are a couple of foreign Abmien tablets that are marking with only an A, but I could not discover the shape of all of them.

I have some blue 1 mg alprazolam, generic for Xanax, pills that have the R031 on them. I would like to know if they are time release or if I took them with my regular 2 mg brand-name Xanax bars, with the Xanax on one side and the 2 on the other, if I would get the same effect or if the blue ones are time or extended release and would not work the same? ## Hello, Tom! how can you check to see if the pills are real or fake(besides looking at them) ## ## If they are the name brand, from the U.S., then twe's post should be helpful. There are, however, also many generics on the market and many available from foreign countries, as well. The legal, U.S. generics are required by law to have some type of imprint on the tablet, to enable their identification. If the tablets you are questioning are from the U.S. and have an imprint, then if you post back with it, I can easily look it up for you to see if it contains Alprazolam. Just as an example, a round blue pill, with the marking of MYLAN A1 on one side contains 1mg of Alprazolam. A blue oval tablet, with the marking of G 3721 on one side also contains 1mg. The pill imprint IG 213 is in fact 50mgs of Sertraline. I actually had my script filled with those and thought they were "purple footballs" (Xanax), but I looked a little closer and noticed that the numbers weren't normal. So I looked them up online as well and found out to my dismay that Sertraline 50mg is a generic of Zoloft used for depression. I believed aprazilam to be blue think I don't wishto taje them what do you think ## Alprazolam is a generic for Xanax and, as a generic, it is manufactured by many different companies, not all are available in every country, but there are many out there. Small bar, green color, breaks into three pieces. Is this a Xanax? A blue, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 1.0 on the other is 1mg. A white, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 0.25 on the other is .25mgs. And orange/pinkish, football shaped tablet with XANAX on one side and 0.5 on the other is the .5mg. As I stated, this is just the name brand.
