It looks like an Excedrin Tension Headache pill but instead of ETH on it, it has L454. ## L454 A red oval shaped pill about 3/4 inch long is a generic version of Excederin Tension Headache. It contains 500 mg of Acetaminphen and 65 mg of Caffeine .. It is distrubuted by Target Co ## Target is not the only distributor, this company makes these tablets for many different stores that sell them as the generic versions of popular over the counter medications. The L374 oblong white pill is generic Excedrin Migraine. I don't understand why everyone has problems looking up drugs. (And by the way, take it from an addict - you shouldn't use, hydrocodone, or any opiates or drugs at all as these can easily cause your heart to stop.
