And I don't know what multivitamins are available on the market there for you to purchase, but for hair health and to help with hair loss or to prevent it, you'll want to look for something with Vitamin E in it and Biotin. My girlfriend has been looking for this info. ## I am not sure what post you were responding to, in the future to respond to a post, you should use the box directly underneath it that says: Post a reply to this topic. Otherwise, the posters don't get a notification that you posted a reply. And on the hairloss issues, since I don't know what was in the post you are referring to, another thing that people may want to look into is Biotin. A deficiency in it can cause some hairloss and supplementing it has been shown to help arrest it and to encourage hair regrowth. Are there any questions or comments?

I use to take kreaglo for few months. But now since they have stopped stopped manufacturing the old kreaglo and kreaglo eva is too expensive I'm looking for some alternative to it. Something which has same constituents and is affordable. ## This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a mix of nutrients that they claim will help with hair growth, but that isn't actually proven. And I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find a listing of what's in the Keraglo Eva that is different from the original. However, what I can tell you is that the only one of the ingredients in the original that has actually been shown to help with some cases of hair loss is the nutrient Biotin. Please advise. ## It is just a vitamin E supplement, so there's really no known harm in doing so, other than that it will make your hair oily, since it is an oil. If you're sensitive to it, you may get some skin irritation. It will work just as well taking it orally as it would by applying it directly to your hair, because both the hair and skin take awhile to improve and it must be done from the inside out. You may also want to look into taking Biotin, as it's known to be very good for you hair, as well. But please check with your doctor first to make sure that it's safe for you to do so.
