Amnesteem Isotretinoin

Isotretinoin, also known as 13-cis-retinoic acid and sold under the brand name Accutane among others, is a medication primarily used to treat severe acne. It is also used to prevent certain skin cancers (squamous-cell carcinoma), and in the treatment of other cancers. It is used to treat harlequin-type ichthyosis, a usually lethal skin disease, and lamellar ichthyosis. It is a retinoid, meaning it is related to vitamin A, and is found in small quantities naturally in the body. Its isomer, tre...

What do the letters rhod or amnesty stand for on a prescription for oxycodone 10mg? One is white and the other is pink. ## Those are abbreviations for the manufacturers, since this is a generic medication. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

For verification: Manufacturer - Amneal Pharmaceuticals National Drug Code (NDC): 65162-0627 Tramadol is used primarily for treating moderate to moderately severe pain. However, the drug happens to have a wide range of applications, including treatment for restless leg syndrome, acid reflux, and fibermyosis. This is in reference to Amneal Pharmaceutical's "7.5/325" Oxycodone, the label which also reads in part: "*7.5 mg oxycodone HCI, USP is equivalent to 6.7228 mg of oxycodone" without explaining what that means. CVS switched my brand last month and claim that all brands are the same strength. NOT SO, according to the level of pain and everyone who is in pain knows that pain does no lie. Having a website where people can rant about their product to one another is an old trick perfected by Apple, Google, and Microsoft to make us think that somehow they're part of the conversation. Do not take no for an answer in telling your doctor, pharmacist, and insurance that you insist on something that works and is in fact the strength that your doctor prescribed! ## Generics c...

hi, my Dr. gave me gabapentin 300 mg cap amn in place of Lyrica, what do you think ? Lyrica was putting so much weight on me and has all kinds of awful stuff in it but I was just wondering your thoughts? ## Hello, Ms. Charlie! How are you? What do you mean Lyrica has all kinds of awful stuff in it? Gabapentin is in the same exact drug class, so you may experience the same issues with it, including the weight gain, since that is a normal side effect of this class of drugs.

All our pharmacies here have switched to amneal, which doesn't do a thing except give a headache. The brand does make a difference. The mylan works great. ## Yes, there can be differences in generic medications. Once a medication is available to be made a generic, it is allowed to differ, in the active ingredient, from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20%. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window. The problem that you can run into, of course, is that generics do not have to measure against each other, just against the name brand. This means that while one generic may be high quality and contain 100mgs of a given medication, another generic may only contain 80mgs and another could contain 120mgs. Not everyone is sensitive to such changes and most people don...

Amneal manufactured, Hydrcodone- Apap 5-325 doesn't work as well as V 3604 or Watson 349. Any idea why? ## Hi Jane, I think I can help answer your question here. One of the primary factors that doesn't seem to be well known to the public, is that the FDA allows active ingredients in generic meds to vary by as much as 25% from the actual listed dosage. This could potentially mean that a 5mg hydrocodone may actually turn out to be 3 to 7 mgs depending on the manufacturer. Aside from that, subtle differences in the "inactive" ingredients (binders/fillers) could also impact the absorption/overall efficacy of the medication. Put two and two together and you pretty much have a different medication than what you may be used to taking. I hope this info helps! Have you tried any ...

my wife has been prescribed sulfamethoxazole/tmp ds.is this for venereal disease?should i get tested and/or treated?she has had severe itching in her pubic area and red bumps.if i need to be treated would it show on a blood test and how? ## Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim is an antibiotic, it is used to treat many types of infections. First of all, an infection is not the same as a disease. An infection can be cleared up with the use of the proper medications. A disease is a condition for which these is no cure. And second, just because she has been given an antibiotic, it doesn't mean that she has any type of venereal or sexually transmitted disease. Women can get infections from other things, such as yeast infections and, if it made her itch and she scratched, it could very wel...

Is it true that Walmart can no longer fill prescriptions for est estrogenmtest hstb amn???? ## I'm not sure what they told you, but it actually isn't that these types of prescriptions can't be filled anymore, it's that there are stricter regulations on them. The Methyltestosterone in them falls under the anabolic steroids act and the laws pertaining to them weren't being enforced for many years in regards to HRT medications, the FDA and DEA have started cracking down and making pharmacies follow the law to the letter. That means that there are strict limits on the number of refills you can have on the prescription, so you will have to see your doctor every few months and get a new prescription in order to continue getting it filled. What kind of pill is this??? ## Hi honey, Is there any chance that you may have meant to say "ip 272" instead of "ip 274"? I located a white oval shaped tablet imprinted with "IP" on one side of a score line and "272" on the other side. This particular pill is identified as Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS. Manufacturer: Amneal Pharmaceuticals National Drug Code (NDC): 53746-0272 Size: 19.00 mm Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim is a sulfonamide antibacterial combination that is used in the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections. Please post back if this sounds like a viable match.

marked amb10 5421 color light brown or beige? ## Yes, this is 10mgs Ambien, containing the active ingredient Zolpidem. The color doesn't actually mean anything, the manufacturer can change that whenever they feel like it. This medication is used to the short-term treatment of insomnia. Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, funny taste and amnesia. You can read more here: Do you have any other questions?

White oblong one side has lp204 what dose that mean ## Hello, Chicken! How are you? In the U.S. all manufactured prescription medications are required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. For example, if someone is taking a pill and find it tainted with something else, these markings can be used to discover what company made it to get to the root of the problem. Or if paramedics find someone unconscious with pills laying around, they can check to see what they took, which can help ensure the person gets the right treatment. The IP 204 on this tablet tells me that it is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and it is a generic for Percocet that contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic anal...

What is this white oval pill that says...Ip 207? Can't find it, and I've never had this much of a problem. So is it real, what is it? ## Ip207 is 7.5mg- oxyicodone generic for percocet 7.5mg ## Please tell me how u know that when i can not find nothin for it on internet ## I'm also curious to know where groid (post #1) found that information on the pill ID, as from what I've researched IP 207 doesn't even seem to exist? IP 203 however is the next closest match I could find on the internet; and this is identified as a 5mg/325mg generic Percocet made by Amneal Pharma. Based off that info it's probably safe to assume that Amneal also manufacturers other pills with the "IP" marking, which means they'd likely have more specific details on whether IP 207 is...

What is the difference between Benzodiazepine and Nitrodiazepin? ## Well, the only information I could find on Nitrodiazepin was from PubChem. In this case, it appears to be a completely different molecule from the Benzodiazepene structure [1]. I must ask, however, if you accidentally made a typo and meant to ask about the difference between Benzodiazepen and Nitrazepam? If so, Nitrazepam is actually the name of a drug in the Benzodiazepene class. From the description on Wikipedia, it sounds like a rather powerful drug: "Nitrazepam ... is a hypnotic drug of the benzodiazepine class used for short-term relief from severe, disabling anxiety and insomnia. It also has sedative (calming) properties, as well as amnestic (inducing forgetfulness), anticonvulsant, and skeletal muscle relaxan...
