I recognize the description of this pill, I buy them for my husband all the time. This is the new Tylenol rapid release caplets, like nenene said, 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The middle band actually has tiny little holes in it, so your stomach acids work on it and release the med quicker. When my husband has classes and gets a headache, it is the only thing that works fast enough, so there is always a bottle in his bookbag and in the car. long slender oblong tablet color white imprint k30 on one side. smooth on other side. pain medication ## This is NOT Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen! This is 500mgs of Acetaminophen by itself, no narcotics. This is a generic or store brand of extra strength tylenol. ## Just an additional note, depending on where you looked you may have seen K30 listed as a narcotic because there used to be a small round codeine tablet with that marking but it has been discontinued and is no longer available. Caplet shaped pills with K30 are just Acetaminophen.

This is an old bubble pack of "Maximum Strength Tylenol Allergy Sinus". I would like to know the strengths of the contents of this so I may find some fresh medicine of the same type. This one works for me, unlike other meds. Thank you. ## Update to info. This is a yellow caplet (2) each in the bubble pack. I have the bubble pack but not the outer packaging and don't know what the strengths are or if there are any additional ingredients which may be allieviating my other symptoms (swollen membranes.) I found a blue pill on the floor in my laundry room, it is caplet shape with L751 printed on one side and smooth on the other side. I have no idea what it is and have tried searching the internet with no luck. Can someone please tell me what this is?
