The pill itself says IP 204. It seems to be percocet 7.5 when I try to find it. The issue is I had a tonsillectomy yesterday and the pain meds do not seem to be helping. So I was diagnosed with Shingles last week and was initially prescribed Vicodin for the pain by Urgent Care. In 6 days blew through the 20 Vicodin due to the pain being unreal. I called my PCP and they upgraded the prescription to Percocet 5-325 because the Vicodin was simply not working. The Urgent Care doctor called me and said no don't take the Percocet, take 600mg of Ibuprofen instead and if that doesn't show relief then they said to try Gabapentin. Between the Valtrex and Vicodin I've had extremely minimal side effects, mainly just drowsiness fortunately. I'm confused as to how 600mg of Ibuprofen is supposed to do what Vicodin couldn't do over 56 days 5-6 times a day? please tell me if my small white pill with 10 on one side and 00 on the other is the same as percocet. it is said to be oxycodone ## I elieve that what you are looking at is a marking of OC 10 and that is one of the original Oxycontin 10mg tablets, which have now been discontinued and replaced with the ones marked OP 10. It is not the same as Percocet, because it does not contain the Acetaminophen. This tablet only contains 10mgs of Oxycodone in a time released formulation. was told they were 20 mg. percocet or oxycodone. That the 10mg. yellow Endocets was either discontinued or they are going to change the color to white but not available yet. This person was given 75- 20 mg. of this other pill, equivilent to the 10 mg. endos, he usually gets 150. but was given 75 of those 20 mgs. ## I'm sorry, but I'm somewhat confused by your post. I can't find any tablets with both 203 and 230 on it that are listed in any prescription drug database, including the listings for Oxycodone. Can you please post back and clarify?
