What is the best sleeping pill?
Post a Reply
Hi everyone. I'm just wondering which medication most of you consider to be the best sleep aid? Of course I've heard of the ever popular Ambien, Lunesta, etc. There are also over the counter products such as Tylenol PM and Advil PM which combine Diphenhydramine with Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen respectively. Lastly, there are certain natural treatments to help one sleep such as Melatonin. I'm looking for a consensus as to which one you think would be the most effective with the least side effects. Any thoughts appreciated! ...

Ok i am not ashamed of my issue and i am merely trying to help here. I am an H user. I am totally pissed off because my boyfriend has recently embarked in this fake pill bull s***. Ok so not to get into too much personals but we know the person who makes these and they look so real...like i am a "drug addict" and i would have easily bought them hadn't i known whats in them?? There is one bag of H in the small pill.. Melatonin to make u sleepy so u feel like drowsy. And a dietary supplement from local gnc store. Its mixed and pressed together perfectly.. it took them a few trys to get it but they finally got it correct and even in comparison to a real one you would b confused. No bulls***.. I was pissed bc they dont understand nor do they care what ppl go thru dealing with wi... ...

Small Oval Blue Pill SLEEP / MD
2 Replies RSS
Thick, lighter blue, MD on one side and SLEEP on the other. About 3/4 inch long ## This is an over the counter product that is claimed to help with sleep issues using natural ingredients. However, I cannot discover exactly what the ingredients are supposed to be. Is anyone else familiar with this product? ## I just took one. Looks like it is about 50% binders and the rest is Hops, GABA, Melatonin and Valerian Root. I have used all of these herbs in bulk and found that each does help me sleep or at least calm down. Melatonin- I used 10-15mg. Valerian root works very well, but you need to take a huge amount (like a tablespoon) and it smells like mildew. I usually use ambien, but I failed to go to bed after taking my dose, then came back and took the other 29, but have no memory of doing t... ...

white round pill blank both sides

What is it ??? An aspirin for children or what??? Thanks for your time ## Hello, Coop! How are you? It's actually difficult to say, since they are no markings, I can say that it is most likely an over the counter product, since all prescription tablets in the U.S. must have imprints. However, that does leave it open to a lot of possibilities. It could be a children's medication, something for adults, or even just a supplement. There are many blank, round, white pills among over the counter products. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have an idea of what this might be? ## Melatonin a sleep aid that is over the counter to help you sleep. ...

what medication is the closest to xanax
4 Replies RSS
Doctor is wiening me off Alprazolam. My biggest concern is sleeping. Is there another medicine that is not in the bens. class that will work for sleeping? ## Try Trazadone. There are many other medicines that cause sleepiness. Even OTC medicine and herbal medicine could possibly help you. Xanax is not a sleeping pill ## @Jim, Here are just a few options (out of many) that may be worth looking into for a sleep-aid: 1) Ashwagandha root - studies suggest that a dosage of 100-200mg/kg is reported to be similar in potency to 500mcg diazepam in reducing sleep latency & improving sleep quality in mice. 2) Melatonin 3) Valerian root 4) Magnesium However, it would probably be best to discuss these and other options with your doctor until you're completely off xanax, that way you eliminat... ...

1/4 inch x 1/8 inch round white sweet-tasting pill

These small white tablets were given to me by someone who didn't know the name of them to help me get that shredded, toned look. I was wondering what they may be... They are sweet to the taste, and look like a melatonin tablet. ## They have no imprints, scores, or indentations on them either. ...

where can i buy remtyme in the uk
3 Replies RSS
i want to try remtyme pills but can not find where to buy in the uk .as i live in portugal the +ost from america takes weeks sometimes can anyone help . ## I'm sorry, but if it's not available for sale there, then you are going to have to deal with a long post time, no matter where you order it from. You may want to just look for alternatives that contain the same ingredients. RemTyme is just a supplement, not a medication, so it isn't proven to actually do anything, however, it contains: L-Theanine, Melatonin, Magnesium, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm and Hops. These same ingredients are used in many products that are sold and claim to help with sleep and/or have a calming affect. Therefore, there is really no need to have this specific product. Has anyone tried this... ...

Large yellow/off white gel cap with no markings.

When looking at it vertically, it has an indention running all the way around. It was found in my grandmother's (who was in a retirement home at the time) pill container that seperated her pills into morning noon and night. ## I found a small oval white gel capsule looking exactly as you described - no markings other than an indentation running lenghtwise around the capsule. I'd like to know what it is. ## Off-white oblong liquid-filled gel capsule, vertical indentation running lengthwise, with no markings is Nature's Bounty Melatonin ...

I want info on the Schweiz Health company who offer the REMTyme product ## What specific information are you looking for? Contact information or on the product? They do have a website with the details. RemTyme is a natural supplement that is claimed to help with insomnia. It is not, however, actually proven to do so. It contains L-Theanine, Melatonin, Magnesium, Chamomile, Passionflower, Lemon Balm and Hops. ...

Longterm 2 mg Suboxone film issues?

I've been getting sick( ie starting to experience various symptoms) most days every day for some time. I have a doctor that has me on a diet pill, fluid pill, birth control, liothyronin, and Suboxone about 2 yrs ago. I dose once a day. Before I go forward, I eliminated one potential problem now. Through diet and exercise I have lost quite a few inches and probably lbs. I haven't weighed myself but others tell me I look like I've lost weights and I now fit in smaller sizes. I'm 23 year old female, 5 4" generally get lots of sleep (only with ambien and melatonin though) These symptoms have begun effecting my life and I have had to drop many classes costing 10's of thousands of dollars and lots of self esteem and basically the esteem of those around me.
