long slender oblong tablet color white imprint k30 on one side. smooth on other side. pain medication ## This is NOT Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen! This is 500mgs of Acetaminophen by itself, no narcotics. This is a generic or store brand of extra strength tylenol. ## Just an additional note, depending on where you looked you may have seen K30 listed as a narcotic because there used to be a small round codeine tablet with that marking but it has been discontinued and is no longer available. Caplet shaped pills with K30 are just Acetaminophen.

The pill is white and oblong in shape. On one side of the pill, there is an imprint of "IP". It's scored in the center, and on the other side, it is imprinted with "111". There is nothing on the opposite side of the pill. I have never received Vicodin that looks like this before. Could it perhaps be something else? ## The generic name for vicodin is hydrocodone. Did you pay less than you normally do for your prescriptions? ## I do not know the cost, I have 100% coverage. Yes, I have taken Vicodin before and yes, I know that Hydrocodone is Vicodin. I follow the celiac diet and after taking this barfed all day :) thx ## Without knowing the manufacturer of the tablets in question, I cannot tell you what the inactive ingredients are in it. APAP is just medical speak for Acetaminophen, but Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain medication and it can cause nausea and vomiting as side effects, so it is hard to say why you might have gotten sick. You can read more about the medication here: ## the generic is not gluten free. brandname vicoden is GF

watson349 ## There is no Vicodin that comes in that high of a dosage. This tablet is a generic for Vicodin, that contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Read more: What led you to believe it was over 1,000mgs? ## very bad pain on my back and my legs too ## just my pain but do you have vicodin 10 mg and how much is it ## Look it up on google, but 1100mg of vicodin would take out a horse! They normally come in 5mg 7.5mg and 10mg. Anything more than that isn't going to be hydrocodone more than likely, even the apap or acetaminophen which is normally the second number following the mg is never that high.
