This is an over the counter product that contains 400mgs of Guaifenesin and 20mgs of Dextromethorphan, it is a generic or store brand of a cold symptom relief product. Thus, it's not even close to being Lortab, which contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen.

I found a pill with V on one side and 22/66 on the other side. It's white and oval shaped, but i can see how similar it looks to the 500mg acetaminophen/hydrocodone tablet, BUT it is NOT vicodin!
