Are Xanax tablets chalky and do they have a taste? ## Does xanax taste chalky at all because I got dispensed some bars that say xanax on one side and a 2 on the other side and they look perfect but do not have that bitter taste that I am used to? I am looking for a doctor willing to prescribe xanax. Please spare me the horror stories. I have spent at least 4-6 weeks trying all of the following Paxil, Wellbutrin, Zoloft, Tefronaul, and even Seroquel. Def my fav of the sticks, except the yellow ones. I've been taking this medication for over 14 years and yet to EVER have a Name BRAND STICK, so I cant compare any generic to it, but I've had name brand .25 .5 and 1mg. To be honest I like the sandoz generics better than the name brand ones. Dava 2mgs are a good generic as well. People should not be thinking that 1mg of xanax dyed blue would be any different, strength wise to the same amount of alprazolam using green dye. When these people write asking about the S 302, they do mean 3 and it is not a 9 any way you look at it. Has anyone found out what this really is? I take Xanax and these new S 302 are flooding the area BUT are not generic or any kind of Xanax. The only way to tell for certain if that is what it is, is from the markings on the tablet. Some include: XANAX 1.0 (This would be the name brand!) My nanny is 83 and is taking these way too often. She is only supposed to take them once a day but she takes them multiple times a day then falls and is getting hurt but she's only been taking them for a few days so it's not like she's addicted to them. She's just forgetting and taking more than she should.
