I am away on vac. Three days ago I started feeling tired and when I did anything physical (stairs) I would get a fast heart rate. I started taking Ibuprofen for the head ache. Today the third day I bought took out a bottle of penicillin VK 500 mg tablets I took with me. I am also alternating ibuprofen and acetaminophen 6hrs. what is the difference between Fynal-250 and Fynal-500 and there diffrent uses? ## From what I was able to gather the only difference is the mg's. Fynal-250 means 250 mg's and Fynal-500 means 500 mg's. I also located the active ingredient, it's Levofloxacin.
