What Does 1mg Alprazolam Look Like

Hi. I just got a round small pill with a line going through the middle on one side and nothing on the other. I was told by my chemist it was the generic. Is this the same as my old one (pink oval)? ## Never heard of a 0.1MG Alprazolam. When you say "you were told by your chemist" is this a street chemist? We usually go to a pharmacy and speak with Pharmacology Doctor. Then this 'Doctor' gives us a pill with a NDC # embossed on the pill. Along with that comes a printed handout with all the information needed in regards to the pill(s) dispensed. What country are you writing in from? ## What is a oval pink pill with a line through the middle that's about the size of a Benadryl? I was told it was 0.25mg Zolam. ## Without a number on the Pill it could be anything.

Anybody tried ALPROX brand 2mg bars? The ones I saw carried the same Actavis imprint (formerly Purepac) P039. White round pill with T, score line and N on one side, and a correction tick type of symbol on the other side. ## I don't know if this is the exact pill you're describing, but I was able to locate a round white pill with T N over a score line and 1 underneath it on one side and on the back is some sort of greater than symbol ">". This particular pill turned out to be a 1mg Trandolapril tablet, used for high blood pressure. For verification, the manufacturer is reportedly Cobalt Laboratories and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 16252-0541. Been taking oval green 2x's a day for couple months. Now the pharm sent me blue oval 605, is there a diference in effectiveness? Also, are they ir, er, ect? And how could I tell? Ok so a previous conversation I had with alprazolam user was with the newly approved Auribindo alprazolam ERs here in the US. They only make extended release here on US and they make instant release as well but do not believe they are approved in the US just the extended release ER/XR..and aurobindos is as follows: .5mg er- x 72 1mg er- x 73 2mg er- x 74 3mg er- x 75 I have not yet tried any of the auribindo alprazolam products. I wanting to know this because i have really bad panic attacks and i need to know which one will help me the fastest? ## Hi Kayla, Both medications are in the same drug class of benzodiazepines, but in terms of overall potency/strength mg for mg, there's really no truly accurate answer since drug equivalency charts don't take into account the fact that everyone responds to these types of drugs differently. Looking on various discussion threads comparing the two, I concluded that neither medication seems to have anymore clout than the other overall. However, from what I understand Lorazepam is reported to be longer lasting than Alprazolam. The best thing to do in my opinion would be to ask your doctor for a trial of either medication to see what works best for you over the course...
