I have been on the green 2 mg Xanax, now have gotten the white 2 mg - the green worked perfect form me, but the white does not help my anxiety nor my nerves and panic attacks, has anyone else had this problem? I have only see the 0.25 which were white, the 0.5 I've seen 3 different orange ones and also a yellow 0.5. The 1 mg I have seen in blue and green. And the 2 mg bars I've seen in white, yellow and green. The white and yellow bars break in 4 squares. People try to pass off buspars as zanny bars.they are totally different and u couldn't pay me to take one of those. The green bars do only break into 3. So, while this may be a 0.5mg tablet, as Hayley says, there is no way to be absolutely certain, without knowing what the imprint on it is. The color doesn't actually mean anything. My xanax is long yellow bar. With a symbol like a r or L 039. Is this an xanax? Different manufacturers looks different. ## Usually the bottle will answer your questions about that particular pill. You do have the bottle? Sounds like 2mg Xanax ## Eddy is correct, the tablet in question contains 2mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax. And yes, the way a medication looks and the markings on it can be different from one manufacturer to another. They are all required to use unique imprints to enable them to be identified and traced back to them in case of an emergency, but there are no particular guidelines regarding the shape and color, that is entirely up to their whit and whim. I'm prescribed xanax. Mine is like a bright yellow, with the symbol looking like a cancer flag. My friend has one where it nearly can pull off a cancer symbol but the odd thing to me the yellow is light kind of like beige. The R309 is also I printed on. And his pills are also thicker. I could post pictures if it's legal but every place I've checked, doesn't give info. Some say yes. Some no. To me the wrong color. The thickness and symbol throw me off. Any help would be great.
