Depending on whether you filled a script at a licensed pharmacy, received a pain pill at a hospital, or obtained it through other means, the answer to this question should be pretty obvious in that licensed pharmacies and hospitals usually dispense identifiable tablets. What markings are on the roxy 20mg pill? Also, what color are they? ## Well, first I'd like to explain that Roxicodone is not an immediate release formulation of Oxycodone, it is the regular release formulation. The only dosage available in the OxyIR is a 5mg capsule. Anything over 5mgs and in tablet form is either the regular release (Roxicodone), or the time released formulation, which is known as Oxycontin. That said, there is no 20mg Roxicodone tablet, the only 20mg available is a time released Oxycontin, which has the OP on one side, the number 20 on the other and is pink. I'm a chronic pain patient who is wheelchair-bound due to the pain after a gunshot and I have just been increased from 20mg of Oxycodone. I was taking the NP 14 20mg and was increased to the 30mg Oxycodones; so what color of the 30mg's Oxycodones are the strongest or what number or imprint is the strongest? I was issued the 30mg Oxycodone with 30 on one side and RP on the other which is not helping as I thought it was, therefore I would like some information on what pill would be more beneficial for pain relief... Is 20 mg oxycodone time release or not and how can I tell ## If you're prescribed it, there will be an ER on the bottle, what color is the pill and are there any #'s on it? ## The only time released Oxycodone available in the U.S. is the brand name Oxycontin, which has either an OC or an OP on the tablet and would have a 20 on the other and is pink. The counterfeit a215s are a darker blue and look just a little larger...I have seen real 20mg percs and they were a grey color and I filled a prescription for some 15s from giant pharmacy and they were peach colored. ## User reports suggest that there is a bad ex or speed-like chemical in these pills. The only legal time released formulation of Oxycodone on the current U.S. market is Oxycontin and the 20mg tablet of the new formulation has the marking OP 20 and the original had the marking OC 20, they should be round and light pink in color. What if the RP oxy tabs that are all the same color with just different numbers may be left over from a placebo study? I got some from a big pharm company that said ordering them was paperwork hell. Hello, I have found a bottle of un labelled pills and I need to know what they are. They are off white color, round with Apo on the top and R20 on the bottom. I have never been on oxycontin before but just recently got prescribed 20mg of it. I have taken dilaudid, morphine, and oxycodone pills before though. I accidentally took two oxycontins within 2 hours of eachother as my anxiety medication is small and the same color. I have found some light brown or peach color with 40 on one side and an o n with a line above or under it. I also found a white pill it's o oval shape and has 20 on one side and an s s with a line threw it. ## Based on my research, the first pill you described is identified as Canadian OxyNEO (oxycodone hydrochloride controlled release tablets) 40 mg.
