I have been using Ambien for 10 years, but only when I travel, as I have difficulty sleeping in hotel rooms. I am sensitive to many common chemicals and the hotel room cocktail prevents natural sleep. I usualy break a 10mg pill into half or even thirds and that's enough for me. I have never had any grogginess the next day.
