Is there such thing as a oxycodone 30mg with no Tylenol, that is white? However the one I am seeing is not white, but rather a light blue in color. It has an [M] inside of a box on one side and the number 30 on the back side sitting above a horizontal score line. For further verification, this particular pill is a product of Mallinckrodt, approximately 6.00 mm in size and carries a National Drug Code of 00406-8530. I got k,9 it's a darker blue than whawhat I've seen before are these real or fake ## @the crazy one, I believe the only honest way to know for certain that what you have is real (outside of getting it analyzed by a lab) would depend upon whether you got it filled at a real licensed pharmacy and not by some other means. Legitimate pharmacies don't dispense fake medication, although sometimes manufacturers have been known to alter the color of their pills without giving any prior notice to patients. So that's something to keep in mind as well. I'm a chronic pain patient who is wheelchair-bound due to the pain after a gunshot and I have just been increased from 20mg of Oxycodone. I was taking the NP 14 20mg and was increased to the 30mg Oxycodones; so what color of the 30mg's Oxycodones are the strongest or what number or imprint is the strongest? I was issued the 30mg Oxycodone with 30 on one side and RP on the other which is not helping as I thought it was, therefore I would like some information on what pill would be more beneficial for pain relief... oxycodones were compounded Here in FL due to shortage of tablets, different pharmacies use different capsules so there is no set color & being pharmacies have compounding liscenses they don't have to mark the pill being if ur looking them up chances are your not prescribed to take them.. anyway hope this post was useful. ## Thank you for your informative post! The counterfeit a215s are a darker blue and look just a little larger...I have seen real 20mg percs and they were a grey color and I filled a prescription for some 15s from giant pharmacy and they were peach colored. ## User reports suggest that there is a bad ex or speed-like chemical in these pills. I've been taking oxycodone 30's for quite sometime now, but a friend of mine came over and showed me a V 4812 almost turquoise in color and this particular pill was smaller than mine. Are the V 4812 smaller than the K 9's as far as tallest goes the V 4812's where half as tall. I've had almost everyone except the V's usually the others are same size round as tall just different numbers. Does anyone know the answer to this. I just picked up my prescription from a mom n pop pharmacy. Seems like every other month they have a different manufacturer. Trust me I know - they buy the cheapest brand lot available at the time. But these new ones I just got are horrible. They're produced by Lupin Pharmaceuticals. They are blue in color and HARD as a rock!!! When I visit the website they keep comparing themselves to Mallinckrodt. I used to get Mallinckrodt before I switched to the new pharmacy and they were by far the best.
