This is a pretty standard dose, but considering your size, you may want to just try half a tablet at once, especially if you aren't used to taking narcotics. The Hydrocodone in this is pretty potent. I generally run between 117 and 120, but have found that since I rarely take them, even the 5/500mg dosage of this hits me very hard and I can only handle half of a tablet at once. I have a infected wisdom tooth so my doctor prescribed me these on top ofpeniciilin. All the tylonel is doing is maken me feel sick all the time. Ive tryd eating on them but no matter what i feel like im going to be sick but i cant deal with the pain. What do i do ## Nicki, it's probably the Codeine in the Tylenol #4. I dealt with the same thing once and the doctor had to switch me to Vicodin, as it contains a different narcotic ingredient. However, I think the only permanent solution would be getting the infected teeth out so the bacteria doesn't come back.
