does percocet 602 and percocet 620 have the same ingredients. I know they are both 5mg oxycodone why have separate numbers? ## I didn't find any tablets with just those numbers on them. There is one with Endo 602 that contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is sold under the brand name Endocet. Learn more Endocet details here! Once upon a time, Percocet had twice the amount of acetaminophen in it as well as a healthy dose of caffeine. Understandably the amount of acetaminophen had been cut in half to spare us liver damage. The missing caffine I don't quite understand. I do find that a couple of cups of coffee does help. NEVER EVER take Tylenol or other acetaminophen with narcotic pain meds. But I believe that some of the reasons they seem weaker now are because of the missing or diminished ingredients. Along with the fact that a tolerance builds so quickly to these pain medications that in a week they seem to be doing less than they did before. Keep this in mind. Percocet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and neither of them are in any of the available prescription doses in 25mgs. The max on the Oxycodone is 10mgs and the minimum on the Acetaminophen is 325mgs. The letters on a pill also do not necessarily denote what they are. That said, I cannot find this listed in any of our databases. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Can you also tell us that shape?

Does the pill have a slow release coating? If so it will take effect at a slower rate but lasts longer and the effects will be much weaker. You also have to take into consideration the inactive ingredients in a pill which will also affect how your body reacts to the medication.
