Is Watson discontinuing the 7.5-325 pill ## WATSON 3203 is identified as Acetaminophen 325mg + Hydrocodone bitartrate 7.5mg. From what I could gather, Watson's website still lists this medication on their product page. However the color is different than what you described. So I do believe they stopped making the orange one. Watson 3203 is now a white oblong/oval pill with the following National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-2605. The dosage does remain the same though. What are these? White pill, no orange specs / white only, football shaped. It has WATSON imprinted on top and 3203 right under a break line and it's scored in the center on the other side. What is the difference between the white and orange pill? My RX has switched to the white. I know it's cheaper so it would only make sense that there would be a reason. I also know that it effects me differently. I have noticed nausea and a lot of itching which seems to get worse after the third pill of the day. This means my evenings are very uncomfortable. It's like trading one evil for another. I have a lot of drug allergies so it could just be something small in the ingredients. I also do not tolerate many of the newer synthetic meds. Please advise. ## HI, Kelly! Sorry about the problem you're having. According to the manufacturer, they have only removed the dye from them, because some people were having problems due to being allergic or sensitive to it. However, going b...

I have been taking Hydrocodone 7.5/325 for couple of years now under the supervision of my pain management doctor for a 4 disc fusion of my neck. Certain manufacturer drugs work better than others. Yours seems to have less affect on my pain. I would like to know the percentage of hydrocodone in your Generic as I have heard the government allows for a variable on this. I also have tried Watson pill 3203, white oblong. Don't know the manufacturer on my first script but the pill was white oblong bigger than yours or Watson's. Thanks Look forward to your response. ## you should stay with watson ## Hello, Lisa Ann! How are you? What's the difference in the 3203 and the m360? ## Hi Kim, The most noticeable difference between these two medications is the dosage. M360 contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen, whereas Watson 3203 only contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Aside from that, the only other difference I noticed is that they are manufactured by different companies. Because of this, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients. Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. And because everyone is different, your body may respond favorably with one medication and not the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects present themselves. NOTE: When you switch brand names or...
