Hi I have been suffering from anxiety attacks for the past year now my Dr gave me 0.50mg alzam which I took 1 at night to calm me as I get heart pulpitations esp at night when I have to go sleep. And when I run out I just go back to my Dr and he gives it to me freely without questions. Lately Im taking 0.25 at night and 0.25 when ever I feel anxious. I would like to stop but heard that you can suffer severe side effects when stopping cold turkey. I feel like I am more anxious now than I have been before taking the alzam and also I have developed either gerd or gastro because i have a constant tight feeling in my chest i feel nausea headaches and body aches and sometimes i just feel really ill and i also feel very tired and dont want to do anything but sleep.please tell me if this is fro...

Hello Doctor, had this problem for years, actually experience the spread of gas every time i talk and causes distractions to people around cos i notice it from there reactions each time i talk. Actually being going for mouth wash all time at the dental hospitals and brush 2 to 3 times daily, also use mouth wash to eradicate dis experience but every thing seems to be the same. The last time i went for mouth wash, the doctor said it might be symptom of ulcer, and recommended me to some ulcer kit, took it but every thing seems to be the same, please doc, i will really appreciate if you help me out in this disease by recommending the right treatment to save me from lots of embarrassment. Hi. I have been suffering from chronic pain for over 4 years. It all started with right knee pain and weakness. I was diagnosed with a bakers cyst and went to PT. About a year later I had more pain on the right side running from my back down to the right foot. My back pinches, ankle constantly burns, my knee is still weak with shooting pains with overuse, my foot now has begun to swell on the bottom and hurts to walk, my hip and butt muscle are always tender to the touch, and overall my right leg hurts to walk and move and burns when I sit to relax. I take a lot of meds for chronic pain and inhalers for shorness of breath (copd). Something causes leg weakness and hip fatigue. I do take metoprolol for my heart, but it still fluters once in a while. What causes it to do this?
