I just started my Viibryd trial pack. I'm in the 5th day. I wouldn't call myself seriously depressed, but my doctor gave me this because Wellbutrin was giving me a headache daily. I do not have a prescription yet. My question is: Why go to a dose of 40mg. if you feel good on 20 or 10mg.? I could see going higher if less isn't doing it for you. I have been taking 1,500mg of MSM in the morning and 1,500mg in the afternoon for the past two weeks. I was wondering if I could take 3,000 or 4,000mg in the morning and the same in the afternoon. I am taking it for psoriasis. It has helped some with joint pain, but not at all for my skin. Has anyone bumped the dosage up to 6,000mg or 8,000mg in divided dosage daily? ## MSM is actually just a nutritional supplement and I have never heard of it actually helping with any type of skin issues, though it is naturally present in joints and supplementing it can help with such problems, for some people. That said, the general maximum recommended daily amount is 4.000mgs in equal divided daily doses. Have you consulted your doctor about how much you should use?

i was on 40mg of lexapro. they put me back to 20mg. they said 20mg is the max/ i took it for 1 yr already ## I was at one point on 20 mg of lexapro wich is the highest dose available. I was going thru a clinical depression and it also helped with nerve pain....it did wonders for me. I went thru a rough time because of spine surgery. Did your Dr make you take two 20 mg pills? What should be the dosage when Cholestrol & Triglyceride levels fall within acceptable limits after taking RosedayF 5mg for Six weeks. Should the medication be discontinued? When prescribed most common drugs you either are given one tablet 3 times a day or one tablet 4 times a day to take . I was told that tablets are taken on a 12 hour cycle if so that would mean one tablet 3 times a day would be one every 4 hours (3 x 4 =12) so one 4 times a day would be one every 3 hours (4 x 3 = 12) IS THIS CORRECT. my son, aged 27 yrs has been diagnosed with gqwtric ulcerws. he has been pr3escribed ampoxillin 1000mg , claribid500 mg , protodac and pan40 (twice daily) for 14 days. after 10 days,he has been shoqing signs of improvement. should the medicines be continued for another week? will he require antibiotics also? after 14 days, he is still having pain , with less intensity. ## The Claribid contains Clarithromycin, so it and the Amoxicillin are antibiotics. I am taking 7.5 mg of mobic once a day and my dr. increased the dosage to 15mg. once a day. Wouldn't it be better to take 1 7.5mg in the a.m. and another 7.5mg in the early evening ? ## My question is the same as Jan's. Can I take 7.5 mg bid for better relief and coverage. I take 15 mg in am and then by night time, the pain is severe again and I cannot sleep. ## yes you can take 1 7.5 in the am and one in the pm. In doing so you will be able to keep the med in your system and it will work threw out the day versus it only helping for part of the day. Also it takes up to three week for a med to be in you system well enough to help you actually start to feel the full effects. ## It really depends on what works for you, I split up most of my medications and take them more than once ...

I had a total thyroidectomy a little over a year ago followed by radioactive iodine just to be sure it was all dead and gone. Before my thyroid cancer I was in pretty good shape as I am a college athlete. Since the surgery I have gained 20 to 30 pounds. People said once I got my tsh levels right I would lose the weight but I only stopped gaining, not losing. My doctor sais they are where they need to be and I am done going up but I do not feel much better than I did before. I still have the fatigue, constipation, extreme heartburn, and brain fog.
