I am trying to identify a small oval shape light blue color pill with 213 on one side, and a score mark on the other side with 1G. ## A small light blue oval pill with an imprint of 213 on one side and I G with a score in between is 50 mg Sertraline manufactured by West-Ward Pharmaceuticals among others. ## Agreed, this tablet contains Sertraline 50 mg (NDC 31722-0213). The imprint actually has the letter I instead of the number 1.
