I lost almost 10lbs on this new job I started. Up and down flights of stairs on a ship. was weighting 170 now its 160. I want my weight back. what can I do to prevent the weight lost again. ## Hello, Mocha! How are you? It will most likely just be a matter of time, as your body heals and things return to normal the weight will likely return. It is probably going to just require some patience on your part. Have you consulted your doctor? It would be best to do that, just to be sure there's nothing else going on, but otherwise eating healthy will be your best solution.

I have been on Cym Gen 30mg for 2 months now and lost around 5kg, I have no appetite. I feel great and also had pain with my levatro muscle. If you're not seeing any improvement after that, then you should consult your doctor. Losing 12 kg of weight after withdrawal from stelazine 5 mg during only one year . I used to take it for 33 years. I withdrew by 0.5 MG every 45 days...with reducing daily sugar in tea cups from 6 to 2 tea spoon and stopped taking rice . and started walking for one hour daily and taking a dish of salad before lunch and taking fruit between meals. Also I stopped taking dinner and milk I am now in good health but complaining from this huge lost of weight. My weight was 93 kg in September 2015 and now 9 September 2016 it is 80.6 mg. Is this lost of weight normal? I take now 1 mg instead of taking 5 MG of stelazine and will continue the process of withdrawal.

i found out in june of 2015 i am hyperthyroidism and have graves disease. i was eatting 6100 cals per day and still loosing weight. had my dose of iodine 131 and am now on levothyroxin 50mcg per day. i am 6' 1" and was down 132lbs! not good. this weight was prior to my treatment and medication. i really want to kno if i can expect to get back to my ideal body weight for my height and frame which should be between 197-201 lbs. i lift weights regularly and still eat 4to 5 meals a day along with a protein supplement. can or will i be able to get back to where shoul be? ## Hello, Steve! After 10 years of attempting to gain weight its failed every time. I see all these people who have shared the same problem. Us skinny people need to stick together and demand justice for being ignored of our unhappiness. Over the last two months I have lost 20 pounds and I am already thin to begin with. I do have Crohn's Disease but they do not think this is the cause from testing they have run. Hi I am 22, 5'3 and only weigh between 90&95 lbs about 6 years ago I weighed 125 and i loved how I looked. I then lost it(idk how or why) and I haven't been able to gain any back. Started cymbalta med in late 2006. Initially, I lost about 8 lb and besides some other "bad" side effects, the results to this day are good and 'steady'. However, in the last four years the weight has started to creep up little by little to where I can not (even with modest excessive) get back down to where it was initially in 2006. Also, as I eat properly and very cautiously, the weight now drastically fluctuates from day to day.
