The marking is supposed to be M 321, it is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, they list it as being off-white and containing 0.5mgs of Lorazepam, which is a generic for Ativan, which is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. Found oblong pill with imprint RP144. What is it? ## What is the pill RP144 ## That's exactly the pill I got on here to try and identify. Neither this site or webmd has an answer. ## This is an over the counter item, which is why most sites will not have information on it. It is a lactase enzyme for those who are lactose intolerant. ## Oh - Thanks - I appreciate the information. It actually makes a lot more sense to me now :) ## It's an ultra-strength dairy tablet for lactose-intolerance. ## If this is a lactose intolerance medication, why is it not in any database? Not on WebMD, not on drugs.com, not even my CVS Pharmacist could identify it. I would like to confirm what they are 100%, so if you can tell me what brand they are, I'd be very grateful. Thanks so much. ## It is ...

I've experienced severe leg cramps during sleep. Eating an occasional Banana stopped the problem but I don't like Bananas. So I decided to try Potassium pills. I read on Webmd that the recommened dosage for prevention of Potassium deficiency is 20 mEq, which brings me to my question. The smallest dose I can find is 99 mg. Is 99 mg per day too much ? I asked the two assistance at the local GNC where I bought them and they said 99 mg per day is fine and that the body will only absorb what it needs. This doesn't sound right to me. ## The 99mgs is actually very low. You can't convert the mEqs to mgs, but I can assure you that the 99mgs is actually very low. The 20mEq is a dosage that's only available by prescription and only given when someone has tested and shown a seve...

please let me knw what this pill is i f[ound it in my daughter bookbag its a small round pink pill one side is blank and one side a line down the middle ## go to webmd and they have a pill identifier. just put in the color and any numbers on it and it will tell you what it is. ## that pink pill looks like oxycontin the way you describe it yet not 100 percent sure ! ## If there are no markings on it, then it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what it contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription drug, since they are all required by law to have some type of marking to enable their identification. However, there is a very good chance that it is something available over the counter, since they are not required to use imprints, nor log then with the FDA. There is also ...

I stopped taking my plastics and started using horse chestnut 300 milligram my doctor advised me that I could take them both together but after reading the advice on WebMD um I don't think I should be taking them together I have high cholesterol to stance one of my heart in one of my leg and I just need some help should I take them together ## Hello, Lu! How are you? Are you aware that the horse chestnut isn't actually proven to work? It would have been better to stay on the Plavix and not take it. And since the horse chestnut is a supplement, it hasn't been tested for interactions with prescription medications, so your doctor likely knows more on that. Are you on any other medications?

Can this medication make your red blood cell count high? ## Lisinopril is what I'm on. I had to look up the side effects since I'm sensitive to medication. It's an ACE inhibitor. It can make you dizzy, headaches, increase your potassium levels (WebMD says don't take a potassium supplement if you're taking Lisinopril.) You can have abnormally low blood pressure, decreased blood platelets, decreased function of the bone marrow. Decreased neutrophils (a type of white blood cell), deficiency of granulocytes - a type of white blood cell. I'd suggest doing a Google search to see what you can find. I've noticed you can't find the information you need all in one place. Good luck! ## No, that is not listed as known side effects. In addition to what Nikki has alrea...

I wasnt really having problems with the Lutera, i mean i didnt have awesome acne control with it but it wasnt horrible. Well i was switched to this Falmina and have read 4 reviews on WebMd that are horrible! Belly pain, chest pain, migraines and weight gain? I was on Yasmin before which was amazing and cleared my skin right up but i gained 30 pounds on it. Im worried about gaining weight on this one! Has anyone tried this and done well with it? It's available now. Theres coupons available, docs have samples. Some may need 20 mg. Personally, it appears to work better for sleep maintenence than sleep onset, doesn't seem to help w/ falling asleep, but does w/ staying asleep, may help to combine w/ something sedating like antihistamine, maybe trazadone or possibly short acting zolpidem (ambien) before bedtime. Webmd forum has reviews. Appetite reduced, taste may be affected. ## Yes, it's available, but it will take awhile, before it is more commonly used/prescribed. Can You Take Alka Seltzer Plus if you are on Antibiotics? Please let me know. LomQ ## First, let's assume that you're talking about the Alka-Seltzer formulation with the most ingredients in it. In this case, I'm pretty sure it's Alka-Seltzer Plus (Severe Cold & Flu). It contains: - Acetaminophen - Chlorpheniramine - Dextromethorphan - Phenylephrine I used the drug interactions checker on WebMD against the following antibiotics: - Amoxicillin: No interactions found - Azithromycin: No interactions found - Clindamycin: No interactions found I would still recommend double checking with your doctor to make sure the cold medication will not reduce the efficacy of your antibiotics. ## What specific antibiotic are you asking about? I have been taking 300mg trazodone at night for the past 8 years. Is this too long? Can I go on indefinitely taking it? I am frightened of rocking the boat by stopping it. I would consult my doctor and taper off gradually. ## I have also been taking Trazodone for several years. My doctor informs me that it is not habit forming. A search of the internet maybe full of different opinions. I often refer to webmd. First though I would consult your doctor if in doubt.
