Watson Pink 2

I have taken 7.5mg hydrocodone for pain in the past, the only effect being the absence of pain. Took one about 3 hrs. ago for a toothache and......it KNOCKED ME OUT! Had to lie down, slept for about two and a half hours, and I'm still really groggy. The ones I've taken in the past were not 'Watson 502', and I'm wondering why this one affected me so differently. ## Hi Leslie, When you switch brand names or manufacturers, the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. pinkoblong with aline down center ## Watson 502 is Acetaminophen 650 mg + 7.5 mg Hydrocodone (generic Vicodin, narcotic pain killer) ## Abe's identification is correct, but I do have to state that this dosage is no longer available, the FDA has require that the dosage in each single dose if these combination medications be reduced to no more than 325mgs. They also warn that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything I can help with?

I have been a chronic low back pain patient for 3 years now and been on the lortab 10/500mg the entire time.
