It is a pill and it has Watson 249 wrote on it ## This is a white oval pill that says watson 249 ## Since the markings can sometimes be hard to read, I believe the pill in question here may have had the marking WATSON 349, since it meets this description. If so, then it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever.
