I recently went to CVS and forgot that they use some sort of generic for lortab called, well, I call it "Mallencrock (crock-o-crap). I have a refill. Can I go in and ask that they not make me pay for something I can't stand and doesn't work for me, and that I would like to have Lortab/Watson brand? ## There have been many complaints about the products manufactured by Mallinckrodt. Yes, you can ask them ahead of time if they have a different one in stock to fill your prescription, though it may be more expensive. If they don't, or won't order it in for you, you could always see about transferring your prescription elsewhere. The Watson yellow 853 Hydrocodone are stronger than the white ones. As each of you know taken these neither are really strong compared to other types of pain pills. I have Fibro, along with so much more. I have a MVP heart problem so if these pills were strong I could not take them,. Some days I Can hardly move. Watson 780 light blue pill is 10mg/500mg hydrocodone. ## Hello, John! How are you? If so, you should make the pharmacy aware of it, when you get a prescription filled and they will check it to make sure it's safe for you to take. Learn more Vicodin details here. I haven't been able to find a listing of the inactive ingredients for this medication, but generally, they have to be substances that are considered to be safe, so sulfa substances wouldn't usually be approved for use, since it cause such severe allergies in some people. However, your pharmacy should also have a complete ingredients list that you can look over.

Please tell me if watson has a white 10/325?? I only had the yellow one's.. Are they real? ## Actually, Watson has recently been removing the dye from many of their tablets, due to people being allergic or sensitive to them. Thus, several of their products are now white. However, if you received it from an approved U.S. pharmacy and it has the same markings, then it is still the correct medication. Learn more Lortab details here. Since it is a generic, it can vary, at any given time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when the pharmacy had to restock their supply. hydrocodone is all the same. "Vicoprofen" is superior for dental pain ## Hi Kim, I'm not sure what the basis of your post is in so far as saying that "hydrocodone is all the same"? But the idea of adding Ibuprofen to the mix instead of the standard Acetaminophen/Tylenol doesn't seem to measure out a significant difference in my opinion, since they are both NSAID's. Vicoprofen may be good for pain for one person, but not necessarily another since everyone tends to respond differently. However each drug still comes with an understanding that undesirable and potentially fatal side effects such as liver or kidney damage, stomach bleeding, etc, has been reported to happen.
