I found a small round pink pill with the words Watson located on the top half and 860 on the bottom half. The pill I located is Hydrochlorothiazide + Lisinopril (12.5 mg - 10 mg). No, please don't just stop it, without your doctor's approval. Doing so creates the risk of rebound high blood pressure and elevated heart rate. You should only stop such a medication, if your doctor approves and in many cases, with a slow taper. The FDA lists the typical side effects for this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, hypotension and dehydration.
