I refilled my prescription from my PMD (pain mgmt. Dr.). I go every 2 months. No problems thus far. Been doing this for years now since my car accident. Have herniated discs..bulging discs..all the fun. This time was different though. Got the generic Watson 853 (as usual) but they do NOTHING for pain but make me feel like I'm on a a bad acid trip and incredibly sleepy. They AREN'T anything like I've been taking all these years. I usually take 1/2 pill in am and another half in afternoon. With this I'm able to function and go to work and I do not abuse these!s I'm in so much pain right now! Don't know what to do. Called Watson pharmaceutical co first and all they do is right up a report. Lawyers office (supposedly reputable but NOT) says they can't do anything...

Hello I been on watson 853 for many years from walgreens but this past few months I notice they don’t work at all just sleepy? And I went to refill at Walgreens this month and They changed to m367 and they don’t help my pain at all. More sleepy and no relief from my pain. Anybody has any ideas? I don’t think I can return them. I use them for Headaches, Pituitary Brain Tumor, Lupus, and severe arthritis. And a few other health issues!! ## No, in most cases you can't return them, due the risk of tampering, once they leave the pharmacy, although there are some that will make exceptions to help a patient. Drowsiness can be a normal side effect of this medication, according to FDA reports, other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and consti...

I have always taken the Watson 853 yellow pill and for some reason I was just given Watson 853 white pills. What is going on? Why the color difference? ## It seems from other posts made on here recently that Watson is just removing the dyes from some of their products. There have been some complaints from people that have had sensitivity or allergic reactions to them, so they have been doing away with them. However, as long as the imprint is the same and your pharmacy has listed it as being the same medication and the same dosage, then you shouldn't have any reason to worry. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Not the same for sure! ## I have experienced poor results with the white pills. If they are different and labelled the same then walgreens is liable for damages! ## ...

I have been on Norco for years . I have used it in conjunction with Roxicodode with great sucess. Now that I have switched to the white version I am having serious problems controling my pain. I don't believe they just removed the dye. This white Norco has become a placebo falling far short of the results I once had. Now I am in scramble mode to find a replacement for the old yellow Norco. Walgreens has told me they have had several calls with other pain patients suffering from the new White Norco. Obviously Watson drug has altered the Norco to increase profits at the patients expense. How surprising. I will update fellow sufferers of the new bad White Norco with an alternative as soon as my Pain Clinic can finda replacement. Larry.T ## PLEASE let me know if u find anything , i have...

Makes me drowsy it dont really help with the pain but put me to sleep i want the regualr vicotin it helps with the pain n i can move n spend good times with my grandchildren cook now i only sleep ## This medication is listed by Watson as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Vicodin. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being of habit forming. and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation. Has there been any change? How are you feeling, now? ## Me who wants out of pain, You have the right to have your BRAND NAME VICODIN filled if they stock it and YOUR PREPARED TO COVER THE PRICE O...

THE 853 NORCO DOES NOT HELP MY PAIN AS WELL AS THE YELLOW TINTED ONES. PLUS THEY UPED THE PRICE DOUBLE. ## I used CVS for my prescriptions until last month, when I tried Walgreens to fill my script for Norco 10/325. When I saw they were white instead of yellow I thought I was given the 5/500 strength in error, since I knew those are white. I called Walgreens and was assured these Watson 853's were the exact same ingredients as the Norco 10/325. After taking my usual dosage, I was shocked to feel almost no relief....maybe 10% relief. After this happened, i went on the internet and read about others who had the same bad experience. Today when I got my new script I went back to Walgreens and told the pharmacy I wanted the other generic, NOT the Watson 853. They said that's the only...

what pharmacys other than walgreens carry the watson brandof norco10/325 ## Hello, Joel! How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no listing of which pharmacies carry a medication from any given manufacturer that I can refer to for you. Have you tried at your other local drug stores? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## HEB carries the yellow Watson brand. They worj very good. ## HEB carries the yellow Watson brand. What is HEB??I love in palm beach florida. For the last 8 years I've been filling my hydrocodone scripts there. We only go to them and pay more because they had the WATSON 853 brand 10/325 Now without any warning they changed them to gene...

I have always went to Krogers and got my norco 10/325 manufacturers are Mallinckrodt. Never really had an issue as I only take 4 a day as prescribed by doctor for a car accident and injury i was involved in years ago. Well i am now on an insurance that is cheaper through walgreens. My problem is because I love to read, and have read that the ones to be filled Tuesday at walgreens are watson 853 and are white..? Are these good for the pain and the effectiveness we all normally search for with such pill or is it a waste of time. Ive read they go through actavis now and have read that they are not effective at all..0% for pain. Has anyone had this same issue or is it just a hype to all the addicts that think they notice differences in these meds. When I say addicts im not being judgmental ...

The Watson 853 hydrocodone 10-325 I got at Walgreens didn't kill my pain and made me sick! I need to know what is better quality. Is Mallinckordt m367 better than the manufacturer Par/ Endo? I don't live in an area that carries the yellow anymore, and I need pain relief that lasts all month and doesn't make me sick. Please if anyone knows o appreciate an answer. ## Watson does list this tablet as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, but they removed the dye from them, so they are white now, and no longer yellow. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. Overall, there is no specific best tablet, it really depends on what wor...

Hello. I have a doctor who I have seen for a long time who writes has regularly written me scripts. Sometimes it is for norco and then sometimes the next month she will do percocet. Both are 10/325 everytime. The question I am asking is how can I ensure that the Pharmacy will have the specific Noroc/Percocet that I am looking for. For example, sometimes Walgreens will have the white Watson 853's which I don't like. Sometimes the CVS will have the white A333 Percs which I do like. Is there a way my doctor can specify on my script which brand/manufacturer she wants to perscribe? ## Hello, Scott! How are you? No, there is no way to specific any certain generic. The most your doctor can do is write it as brand medically necessary, or whatever the equivalent is in your state, so they...
