This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Due to the risks of liver damage or failure associated with long-term use of high doses of Acetaminophen, as well as the dangers of overdose toxicity, these combination prescription products with the higher amount of Acetaminophen will no longer be available after January of 2014. Watson Pharmaceuticals actually lists this tablet as containing 750mgs of Methocarbamol, which is a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

387 watson on one side and ip466 on the other side ## These are two different medications made by two different companies, so you wouldn't find both imprints on the opposite sides of the same tablet. Watson 387 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. The IP 466 is manufactured by Amneal, formerly Intrapharm and contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen. I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. These are both different strengths of the active ingredients in Vicodin, or Lortab, which are narcotic pain relievers. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
