My husband put an oblong white pill in my drink. On the pill was the word Watson 387. I did not ingest it all but I did have a strange reaction, got very tired and lifeless after 2 sips of it. white oval or oblong watson 3875249 ## Watson 387 contains Acetaminophen 750mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, this is a generic for Vicodin ES. THis is a narcotic pain reliever. I a, not sure what you were referring to with the 5249, is that another pill you need identified or a typing error?

They are white outside/inside imprinted watson 387 I get no ephoria/pain relief or otherwise buzzed feeling as im use to. bought these from gf's friend they look exactly like this in post #4 pharmer.org/forum/pill-identification/watson-387-different-any-other how can i tell if they are fake or not? ## I have to agree with users in that thread, that this is a fake pill. I did some research and also came up wit a photo of the "real" version, that is white and oblong. Honestly though, if I had no prior indications telling me that it could be fake, I would've assumed that it was a discontinued or banned pill for one reason or another. ...
