Watson 353 white oblong pill with score mark on other side, can't find on most sites, please help me identify what it is, I had lower back surgery in October and have been treated with several different medications, this one was not in a bottle I must have set it aside to take at sometime and then didn't now I am not sure what it is, can you please help me identify? white oval ## I had a toohache when I was in Mexico and this is what the Fharmica people gave me. ## There is a white oval with WATSON 853 on it, so I am wondering if that was what they received and were asking about? I'd love if someone posted back and let me know. The WATSON 853 tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. As such, it may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. You can learn more Vicodin details here. The only pill with a 512 marking that I'm aware of is round, white, with a score line on the opposite side and it contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Percocet.
