would this pill be the same as Watson 349? ## Did you possible mean WATSON 385? It contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the WATSON 349 marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. They are both narcotic pain relievers, but one contains more of the narcotic than the other.
