new to wafarin

hi im 28 yrs old and im having a valve replacement and will be on warfarin .im feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything i have to do feeling a bit worried i wont cope with the change . how hard is it when u start taking warafrin between dra app every week and learning to control the levels i hve two small children that keep me busy i dont wanna forget to take it or have something im not allowed does anyone have a great routine/system they use to help them daily ? thanks in advance ## Hi Kristy, I actually went through the same thing last year at 26.
