Generic tylenol was red, whte and blue. Is this correct? ## Well, there are some Acetaminophen products that are generics or store brands of Tylenol that come in those colors, but the colors don't necessarily mean anything. There are other products that come in those colors, as well. Are there any markings on the pills in question?

Walmart switched my clonazepam to ipl from teva and it does not seem to work as well. First why would they do this and has anyone else had the same problem ## I do know about changes like this with prescriptions. Pharmacies are always searching for a cheaper deal every time reordering. Of course I don't know any of them that care about how good they are either.I never had luck with requesting another company instead of the one they choose to give you, but some will have a few companies including the name brand.people have been granted that request. It's terrible the treatment most of us get like this. Unless you got the bucks for name brand. Not many meds are all just generics. I've seen a few and this is because they choose not to. ## Tom, they are both generics. It is not ...

Does anyone know what brand of the fentanyl patch 100mcg that Wal-Mart carries now? I know that they had only carried the one brand that was recalled with the gel, which was because people were overdosing on it causing death. After reading up on this there were people who were misusing, abusing the patches, digesting the gel or smoking it, which made it bad for those who depended on this certain patch for their pain relief, I used to use the patch for my excruciating constant pain and it was great only Medicare would no longer pay for it switching me to the generic fentanyl patch which only works half as good as the recalled patches. People in the US seem to abuse prescription meds a lot and those who depend on the meds have to suffer when they're then recalled. If anyone knows what...

My doc electronically sent a script of hydrocodone to Wal-Mart 17days ago saying take 1 every 6hrs FOR 20 DAYS.Gave me 80pills which is only enough for 19days..nbd. He sent a new script to Wal-Mart today but increased amount to cover 30 days. Pharmacist REFUSES TO FILL until the 19th again sayin I have to wait 30 days for script even though previous script stated on bottle 20day supply & instructions & amount only amount to 19days. Says insurance won't cover until 30days. I called other pharmacies& all agreed insurance will cover now Or even yesterday. Wal-Mart pharmacist was so rude.refused to explain why I have to go 12days without my meds when doc says I need em.Refused to give me her name or a supervisor & HUNG UP ON ME! Hi. I went to Walmart to pick up my husband's pain medication. The pharmacist came up to me and she almost looked scared. And she said they wouldn't have any pain medications until Friday. What's up with that? And it's only Tuesday. I wonder what happened? ## They were most likely just out of stock. Every pharmacy is given a certain allotment that they are allowed to order to have in stock each month, the amount is based on how many customers they have and the size of the pharmacy. If they run out, there is nothing they can do, until it is time for them to reorder and restock their supply. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Usually, it is...

I've been on Norco 7.5/325 since they stopped making Vicodin. I had the yellow, loved them, then my pharmacy only had the white ones from Qualitest. My last refill was with mallinckro, hate them! I itch and stay in pain 24/7. My pharmacist said they will no longer be able to get the qualitest, now I'm stuck as to where to go. I hate calling pharmacies for certain brands since they think I'm a druggie..when I clearly take no more and often less than required. ## I am very sorry about the problems you're experiencing. Unfortunately, there is no database that lists which medication any given pharmacy carries, at any given time, because such information is dynamic and can always change, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed ...

same medicine at cheaper price amodipine-benaz5/20mg caps ## Yes, it is always wise to shop around, prices can vary from one pharmacy to another, especially when it is a generic medication. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, increased urination, hypotension, and headache. Even though my husband and I are fortunate enough to have insurance, we can drive to several pharmacies within a 2 mile radius, and still discover each one charges a different copay. Things have just gotten ridiculous. How much is Wal-Mart charging you?

are soma scripts no longer being filled at this store for long term costumers on same meds same md group for years in las vegas NV? WALMART PHARMACEYS ## I noticed something very interesting when I had my final soma & Xanax refill filled at my local pharmacy. The price was only 57 cents and 62 cents, usually about $2 with my good insurance and my pharmacy is loosing money on me. I was kindly asked not to return for this and possibly other medications. This happening at a time we hear all generic meds are going through the roof. One way for the pharmacy to stop filling questionable meds?

Recently filled a methylphenidate prescription at rite aid that doesn't work nearly as we'll for my 6 yr old grandson as the same one from Wal-Mart did.I hear that rite aid manufacturer Mallinckrodt is not effective at all but his Dr thinks I'm crazy. Do u no the manufacturer of Wal-Mart and Is there any truth to rite aid manufacturer being not effective. ## Hello, Danette! How are you? There is no specific one that any given pharmacy always carries, it can vary, depending on which company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. Thus, I can't provide you much information based on your post. For instance, next month, rather than the getting the Mallinckrodt product from Rite Aid, they may have the same one you used to get from Wal...

Yes I found these in a generic Walmart brand of tylenol, 500 mg. I buy them all the time and they are normally printed with L484. I always check before I take them because I am on a lot of medication and don't want anything mixed up. Of course I just freaked out on my kids and husband thinking somebody had brought narcotics of some kind in to our house. ## Hi Kerri, Sorry to hear about what happened between you and your family. I hope they realize that you meant well and were simply concerned about everyone's safety/well-being. That said, I too find it very strange that a completely different tablet would be inside another box of medication. It's a shame that there's no easy way to prove it to a pharmacist there at Walmart. The P500 (oblong / pink) tablet reportedly cont...

Fake Norco 7.5mg, as well as Klonopin 1-2mg orange pills in Bluffton, Indiana. I am 99% positive these pills have either been substituted or purposely sold bad, an old batch, etc.. I am on a low amount, 2 a day for having acutely infected sinus perforations from teeth pulled as well as 8 additional teeth yet to be pulled, scared straight. I know it's illegal to share pills, but I traded one equal pill for another and always had the same reaction - My pills did not work, but others did. What do I do? I live in a small town where corruption is the norm. How do you prove this so they can't harm people and steal their and the insurance companies money? Win against a giant corrupted company? I was tested by my insurance company and it showed no Norco, which I was taking from Walmart....

Is it true that Walmart can no longer fill prescriptions for est estrogenmtest hstb amn???? ## I'm not sure what they told you, but it actually isn't that these types of prescriptions can't be filled anymore, it's that there are stricter regulations on them. The Methyltestosterone in them falls under the anabolic steroids act and the laws pertaining to them weren't being enforced for many years in regards to HRT medications, the FDA and DEA have started cracking down and making pharmacies follow the law to the letter. That means that there are strict limits on the number of refills you can have on the prescription, so you will have to see your doctor every few months and get a new prescription in order to continue getting it filled. I attempted to use my Rx discount card at Wal-Mart pharmacy n they no longer accept it. I have applied within the state for Medicaid n still have not been accepted. I had to pay over $300.00 for my scripts, over half of what am used to paying for them...any help PLEASE!?!?! ## Hello, Kimmy! How are you doing? I am very sorry about how much you had to spend. Did you ask them? They should be able to let you know which ones they accept. Another alternative that may save you some money would be to get the Walgreen's card. It cost $25 a year, but when I used it, it did save me a lot more than what it cost. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Walmart in US is d/c this brand Sandoz Metformin GP 124. Pl. let me know if you are aware of a pharmacy which still has this brand. thanks ## Hello, Minuma! How are you? It's not that a pharmacy really discontinues carrying any brand, but that they will carry whichever one was offering the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply. Thus, if another company underbid Sandoz, they are now the one that Wal-Mart carries. However, you can try asking them if they can order it back in for you. What is your general location? That would enable someone to suggest a pharmacy if they know of one that has it in stock in your area.

Walmart just changed my generic Xanax .5mg to the oval yellow S 901. They seem to be much weaker than the peach oval ones in the past. Guess it is all about cost. Publix carries the peach colored, thinking about moving to them. Anybody else noticed the yellow oval being weaker? ## Uhhhh yea! My best friend, her ex, & I all say basically the same thing! Perhaps it quells my anxiety a little, but basically the same thing happens to all of us, we feel like they aren't working, take more, and rather than the usual progression that takes place we just pass out lol yeah I hate them!!!! I think the best thing to do is have the doctor check the name brand only box on the script. ## I'm so glad I decided to do some research on these yellow 0.5 mg, generic suckers! went to Walmart in san Antonio, tx. to fill my sleep medication. they told me this item which is Temazapam and it was manufactured by Qualitest,Pharmaceuticals. Dark pink & light pink.with the number 5892. with a Von one side. ## Hello, Jerry! How are you? Yes, that is correct. Qualitest does list this tablet as containing 15mgs of Temazepam. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

Walmart has been getting the green 10/325 oxycodone is there any difference from the oblong white 10/325? I have been getting those at Walmart and now they have changed it. ## Hello, Patti! How are you? When a medication is available as a generic, it is usually manufactured by several different companies, the FDA has done this to try to create market competition to help keep prices down. As a result, which one your pharmacy carries may change, at any given time, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply. Without knowing the markings on it, I can only theorize, but my best guess is that they have just been manufactured by a different company. However, if you post back with the markings, I will be happy to double check for you to be sure. T...

Each time Walmart refillsy 100mg Pristiq prescription, I feel side effects as if being started in a new medication. Anyone else have this unusual problem? ## Hello, Jeb! How are you? It is rare, but some people always experience some medication side effects, just due to their own body chemistry. However, are you receiving pills each time from different manufacturers, or have they been the same? Are you making sure not to run out, before picking up a refill? The FDA classifies Pristiq as an SNRI antidepressant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes.
