Generic tylenol was red, whte and blue. Is this correct? ## Well, there are some Acetaminophen products that are generics or store brands of Tylenol that come in those colors, but the colors don't necessarily mean anything. There are other products that come in those colors, as well. Are there any markings on the pills in question?

Walmart switched my clonazepam to ipl from teva and it does not seem to work as well. First why would they do this and has anyone else had the same problem ## I do know about changes like this with prescriptions. Pharmacies are always searching for a cheaper deal every time reordering. Of course I don't know any of them that care about how good they are either.I never had luck with requesting another company instead of the one they choose to give you, but some will have a few companies including the name brand.people have been granted that request. It's terrible the treatment most of us get like this. Unless you got the bucks for name brand. Not many meds are all just generics. I've seen a few and this is because they choose not to. ## Tom, they are both generics. It is not ...

Recently filled a methylphenidate prescription at rite aid that doesn't work nearly as we'll for my 6 yr old grandson as the same one from Wal-Mart did.I hear that rite aid manufacturer Mallinckrodt is not effective at all but his Dr thinks I'm crazy. Do u no the manufacturer of Wal-Mart and Is there any truth to rite aid manufacturer being not effective. ## Hello, Danette! How are you? There is no specific one that any given pharmacy always carries, it can vary, depending on which company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. Thus, I can't provide you much information based on your post. For instance, next month, rather than the getting the Mallinckrodt product from Rite Aid, they may have the same one you used to get from Wal...

Yes I found these in a generic Walmart brand of tylenol, 500 mg. I buy them all the time and they are normally printed with L484. I always check before I take them because I am on a lot of medication and don't want anything mixed up. Of course I just freaked out on my kids and husband thinking somebody had brought narcotics of some kind in to our house. ## Hi Kerri, Sorry to hear about what happened between you and your family. I hope they realize that you meant well and were simply concerned about everyone's safety/well-being. That said, I too find it very strange that a completely different tablet would be inside another box of medication. It's a shame that there's no easy way to prove it to a pharmacist there at Walmart. The P500 (oblong / pink) tablet reportedly cont...

Fake Norco 7.5mg, as well as Klonopin 1-2mg orange pills in Bluffton, Indiana. I am 99% positive these pills have either been substituted or purposely sold bad, an old batch, etc.. I am on a low amount, 2 a day for having acutely infected sinus perforations from teeth pulled as well as 8 additional teeth yet to be pulled, scared straight. I know it's illegal to share pills, but I traded one equal pill for another and always had the same reaction - My pills did not work, but others did. What do I do? I live in a small town where corruption is the norm. How do you prove this so they can't harm people and steal their and the insurance companies money? Win against a giant corrupted company? I was tested by my insurance company and it showed no Norco, which I was taking from Walmart....

BETAMETASONA & CLOTRIMAZOL & GENTAMICINA ## Have been using Barmicil Compuesto Cream which I purchased at Walmart in Acapulco....Is this a safe cream and, if so, where can it be purchased in the USA???? ## I have been using Barmicil for several skin problems such as sores, pimples, rosacea, ringworms, and gotten excellent healing of ailments, with no skin scarring. I buy it in Progreso, MX for about $3.00 a tube. This lasts for months. I also keep an extra tube handy, so that if I encounter someone with dire need of skin help, I can offer it to them. ## For everyone's reference, I believe the active ingredients of this medication translate to: Betamethasone + Clotrimazole + Gentamicin From what I have seen the closest equivalent available in the US contains 2 of the active i...

I couldn't find my Adderall at Walmart this month. They said they had been on back order. I went to Kroger and they had no trouble filling it which made me very suspicious. Why if everyone else is on back order, why did Kroger have no trouble filling it. Well I found out. These generics, round pink made me fill like jello. I have been on Adderall for years; being disabled for 20 years. I am prescribed 2 30mg in the AM and 2 30mg in the early afternoon. I have never had this reaction. I take them and want to go back to sleep. It takes everything to get out of bed. And my cognitive part of my brain just doesn't work. I can't concentrate, focus on anything at all; I am usually with the other generic supper organize and can multitask. But not with this generic brand who I found ...

I have taken small dosage of Alprazolam 0.5 ER in morning and 0.5 regular at bedtime for years. I have always had the generic Dava and it has worked fine. Now the pharmacy is changing to SunPharma. I refused it after reading about some manufacturing shutdowns. I am considering Costco shipping mine since it so much less expensive. They carry Boca generic. Walmart carried Purpac or Actavis. Has anybody ever used any of these and do you find differences in ability to control anxiety. I am elderly and would like comments. ## I am taking Alprazolam 0.25 (Dava) my pharmacy is changing generics. Which is the best one? Boca, Actavis, Pure pac?, SunPharm? Each pharmacy has different ones. I have never taken any of these manufacturer's brands. I would appreciate feedback. I may change pharmac...

Does anyone know where this comes from? Walmart? CVS? Walgreens? Thanks! ## Hi Sara - do you have any packaging, the ndc code, manufacturer, ingredients, or other information handy? Or is it just a loose tablet? Out of curiosity, how do you know that it is for treating leg cramps? Just wondering if there is a way to narrow things down... ## It’s a loose tablet that my fathers said he uses for leg cramps but can’t remember which store he got it from. He took the last one and wants to get more. I’m thinking it’s the CVS brand but I can’t find a picture or any information that shows the L1 imprint ## Yeah, I'm with you on that - I looked up homeopathic CVS Health Leg Cramps Pain Relief Caplets and it shows a picture of an oblong white tablet on the front b...

About a year ago I started buying propranolol 40 mg from Walmart instead of CVS to save money. The drug company Walmart uses is Pliva. I take this beta blocker for tremors and the effectiveness of the Pliva brand pills seems inconsistent. I am considering switching back to CVS. Anybody else had a similar experience? ## There can be fluctuations from one company to the other, but there shouldn't be with the same dosage from the same company. Who manufactures the ones that CVS carries? Have you tried asking Wal-Mart what they would charge for them?

The CVS wont fill in Encinitas anymore. CVS, Walgreens and Walmart have company restrictions. No more orders until this State of California decision is changed or further notice. Even Pharmaca will only sell the spotted Activis Watson-and Allen pharmacy in San Diego won't special order them. Any other thoughts? I'm 3 days without and no one will fill my new rx. ## Hello, Sara! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. On top of the shortage that had already been created due to the dosage changes that were made this year, which caused some companies to stop manufacturing this medication, we are also into the end of the year and there is almost always a shortage from October into early in the new year. This is due to mandatory manufacturing limits, once ...

I recently got my rx for Adderall filled at Walmart . This pill is white with a m on one side and a 20 on the other. I always got one that stated Amphetamine/salt combo and this one is different and I don't feel like its the same, I am not having the same reaction I did with the peach colored pill I don't feel focused at all can you tell me why? ## Hello, Diane! How are you doing? How long have been taking this new one? There can some slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another, so that may be what's causing the problem. It usually takes about a week for your body to adjust. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, insomnia, headache, irritability and anorexia.

Ziac 5/6.25 mg Mylan Generic l have been taking this medication about 3 yrs now and become therapeutic, but 2 months ago l went to walmart for refill and was given Unichem generic which l have being reacting badly to it. CVS told me they have it, l switched but only gave me 15 days worth and now saying is back ordered or may be discontiuned. What is going on with our healthcare, is it all about american company or the benefit patient derive. lf it is necessary to switch generic brands then they should evaluate the potent and effectiveness of the new generic before putting it on the market ## Unfortunately, under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, the FDA allows generics to differ from the name brand by as much as plus, or minus 20% of the active ingredients. The FDA considers that to be an a...

Round blue pill w/C75 imprint. Supposed to be metroprolol from India according to label on bottle @ Walmart. Ckg on computer it says is amlopidine. Not real confident on this. I have always taken white round with numbers & when computer shows different name altogether very questionable. ## C75 is Amlodipine 5mg and Olmesartan 40 mg, which is used to treat high blood pressure. Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you go. ## I have the exact same situation as the original poster. A call to WalMart pharmacy said that IF they changed suppliers, the medicine COULD look different but did not commit to the blue pill with C75 being what was perscribed. I'm wondering how to find out for sure. Any suggestions? ## It is being reported that the light blu...

Equate brand tylenol found in walmart stores! ## Hello, Jan! How are you? Were you referring to the tablet with the L 484 marking? If so, yes, it is manufactured by the Kroger Company and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is sold in various stores as a generic or store brand of Tylenol. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.

round cranberry colored pill with numbers 544. the 44 is imprinted deeper. ## I believe that this is Walmart's Equate Stool Softener Plus Stimulant Laxative (Compare to Peri-Colase). It contains two active ingredients: Docusate Sodium 50mg and Sennosides 8.6mg. (As of December 2014) ## The prior identification is correct, it is still available in this same formulation. It is a laxative. The FDA warns that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea. Is there anything I can help with?

I found a round red pill with 544 embossed in it. Do you know what it is? ## This may be Walmart's Equate Stool Softener with Stimulant Laxative (compare to Peri-Colase). ## i found a tiny red pill that has [ ] an imprint on one side. does anyone know what it is? ## @Susan, Is there any chance that the pill you have says "S44" instead of "544"? If so, a round red pill with S44 is reportedly identified as Docusate sodium/senna docusate sodium (50 mg) + Sennosides (8.6 mg). This is a laxative used for treating constipation, as post #1 suggested. For verification, the product labeler/distributor is listed as McKesson and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 62011-0165. I hope this helps!

I have always gotten pink 10mg k56 pills. I went to Walmart and filled my pills and they gave me white pills imprinted with 10mg RP. When a medication is available as a generic, it is usually made by several different companies, and the one your pharmacy carries can vary, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply.
