My grandson has been taking divalproex 500 MG ER for bipolar disorder. We moved recently so I had to change drugstores. When his Rx (for Depakote 500 mg ER) was filled yesterday they gave us divalproex SOD ER 500 MG. The tablets are different. The original tablet was white oval shaped with A511 on it. The new tablets are grey with W725 imprinted on them. Are these the same thing or should I contact the doctor before he takes the pills from the new pharmacy? ## HI, Beverly!
