Want to know what pill is white round with P on one side and 425 on the other ## The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "PE 425" rather than "P 425". This pill is also white, but it doesn't specify its shape. The pill I just described is identified as Durahist PE; which is used in the treatment of nasal congestion and rhinitis. Durahist PE contains the following active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine (8mg) + Methscopolamine (1.25 mg) + Phenylephrine (20 mg) The manufacturer of this specific pill is ProEthic Laboratories LLC. I have an alleged 8mg hydromorphone tablet that has 54 on one side with 425 under that and scored on the other side. ## Indeed, what you have there is a relatively expensive 8mg instant release hydromorphone hydrochloride, made in US, forgive me but I have forgotten the maker. Not Abbott Dilaudid brand, which are sorta rounded triangular shape with Abbott logo obverse and large '8' reverse. As are the most excellent ones by Covidien, under their Mallinckrodt label, only difference being the logo, a capital M in a square. Have not tried your 54 425 pills but they are reputedly of highest quality. I got some of them from a friend cuz I'm in pain and it's not a pill I have seen before. It's a big oblong pill with no writing on both sides. What is it? ## Magnesium 400mg it's NOT for pain but helps if u get body cramps or cholly horses. ## Without any imprint for proof, how can you be so sure this is actually magnesium (400mg)? The only verifiable way I know of to tell what an unmarked pill is, is by having the tablet analyzed by a GCMS through a reputable lab and/or drug panel. For the record, I do have a magnesium malate (425mg per tab) supplement by Source Naturals that shares this description. However, without an imprint or any other identifying attributes, it could literally be any number of substances.

Actually I believe they are JetAsleep brand sleeping pills with acetaminophen (350mg) and diphenhydramine(50mg). They are made by the same company as JetAwake, so the previous commenter was understandably mistaken by thinking that these also contain caffeine. ## Based on the inscription of TCL 350 and the color blue, it appears to be an over the counter allergy tablet containing Diphenhydramine 50 mg (NDC 42507-066 among others). I found these pills dated back to 1971. There is no label. They are light blue pills with a cursive R on one side, nothing else on the other. It looks like an m & m. Can someone tell me what these are? ## Actavis makes a round light blue 1mg Alprazolam tablet with a capital cursive-like "R" on one side and "031" on the back over a score line.
