What is it? ## That is correct, this tablet was manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and they do list it as having contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 37.5mgs of Tramadol, it is an analgesic. NDC: 00172-6359 This tablet has been discontinued. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth, it also carries the risk of being habit forming. i have been taking wockha protonix 40 for a number of years. I just picked up my prescription and the pills look a darker than usual....they say w434 on them....i have been having stomach problems since i started on the latest batch of pills. has wockha made any changes? ## HI, Cindy! Sorry about the problem you're having. I am not aware of any changes having been made to them and nothing is listed in the databases at this time. But the issue might really be that your body has just gotten used to them, so they are no longer working as well for you. Why have you been on them for so long? These are usually just used for short-term treatment, since there are risks associated with long-term use, such as hip fractures.

Is this drug manufactured in America or in China? Also, why is it so big? My former pill was about 1/3 the size of this pill. Are there ingredients in it that I may not want to consume?
