Hello, I am 24 male and i have grade 1 varicocele. I feel heaviness in my right testis, but i don't feel any pain and doctor suggest me to take voveran sr 100. This medication is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. However, if your pain is due to an ear infection, you may also need an antibiotic, or the Voveran may not help much. What has your doctor instructed? Are you on any other medications?

my friend used vovaran medicine : faced problem in kidney. its long term is adverse impact. ## Voveran contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and yes, long-term use of any medications in this class carries the risk of causing organ damage, as well as possible damage to the stomach. This is even true of the ones that commonly available over the counter, like Ibuprofen and Naproxen. Are there any comments or questions? ## I take voveron sr 100 tablet a day to minimise pain in the throat caused due to Radiation therapy since four months. Can I continue as the pain still exists without worrying about side effects?
