Can Volfenac and/or Clonafec be used for arthritis? So in that respect it should help with certain conditions such as arthritis. NOTE: Just to confirm, clonafec and volfenac are simply other brand names for Diclofenac. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## Is it also good for heel spur pain and swelling in the foot? ## Dose Diclofenaco work? Where do I get it? ## I cannot say which foreign brands of Diclofenac work as well as the domestic ones, but if the ingredients are of a sufficient quality then they should be effective at treating pain and inflammation....
