Hi. Please tell me how to take Voglistar GM 2mg tablets? Is it supposed to be taken after breakfast or before? ## Hello, Sachi! How are you? Unless your doctor has instructed you otherwise, it should be taken just before your meal. That way it has time to start working when you are digesting your meal and would be having the most blood sugar fluctuations. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am 57 + having high blood sugar level for the past 18 months. I am regularly taking Voglistar gm1 for the past 16 months. I am a vegetarian. My blood sugar PP ranges between 200 - 360. I am not feeling any type of deficiency. I regularly go for a brisk walk in the morning for about 3 to 4 Kilometers daily. ## While you are a vegetarian, it is also still essential to ask what types of foods you eat?
